Good deli place for Camelback visitor. Cheap breakfast, and very local and fresh bread + bagel.

For a sandwich place, this place is very good. All of our sandwiches/paninis were fantastic, they use good quality lunch meat(Boar’s Head) and good quality rolls/buns(flavorful and crispy, not soft and gross like Wonder bread). Their fries passed my test, they were crispy and not oily and over salted. The place may not be fancy, but good food is good food no matter where you eat it!

Ordered the half pipe and added tomatoes. Asked about adding a dressing and they recommended the pesto mayo. Jackpot. One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Reasonably priced, great customer service, and portions so big that I had the second half of the sandwich wrapped up for leftovers. Looked at other people’s choices and the salads and cheesesteaks looked huge and delicious too.

We were driving down Interstate 80 and I pressed Unilocal to see where there was a place to eat. It suggested here, a couple of miles off the road and well worth it. We had Philly cheesesteaks, which were delicious! If you’re anywhere in the neighborhood, it’s worth a stop.

Ordered a classic steak and cheese, chicken steak and cheese, and buffalo chicken salad. First off the bread they choose to make there cheesesteaks with is oversized and not soft for a traditional cheesesteak. Second, they give you a lot meat I’m guessing hoping to fill the very large bread but the meat it self is dry and over cooked. The salad surprising was the only edible thing that we didn’t have to choke down, it had fresh ingredients with buffalo chicken on top so that would be hard to mess up. I’m guessing the breakfast is good, because most of the reviews are aimed toward that, but if your going there in hopes of a decent cheesesteak… don’t.

I have to disagree with all of the good reviews. I would say it is average at best. I have been here twice and ordered a sandwich and a salad both times. The Caesar salad is as plain as it can be and the sandwiches were a little sloppy.

The Classic Philly Cheesesteak, there’s a reason why that’s the first item under Philly Cheesesteak on the menu. Great Service and great food. Can’t wait to go back there on my next visit to the Poconos.

Great atmosphere, fantastic menu! The Mac and cheese wasn’t that great. but our sandwiches were awesome with great portion sizes. Def a gem for the Poconos. Very authentic and not a tourist trap. Real people, real food.

This place is excellent. This is our favorite place to eat after skiing, as it is located near Camelback. It’s clean, the people are friendly, and the food is great. Also, they sell boar’s head meat, which of course, is a plus. I usually get a corned beef special, and it’s delicious. It is definitely one of my favorite places to eat.

Good deli located across from a Ski and Bike store and up from the outlets. A welcome place to eat something other than outlet food for sure! Good meats and a great selection of self-named sandwiches. They will even make you something special with a smile. Good service, good meats and good toppings with a good location.

I want to try some of the lunch items like the crazy cheese steaks they have there. I may have tried one a few years back but every Poconos trip has been a blur so I apologize. The breakfast sandwiches are A-ok for what you would expect in the Poconos. I got a taylor ham, egg, and cheese with hash browns and the sauce(hot sauce) on it. It was good but nothing to send a letter to mommy back in Jersey about. They have a hungryman sandwich as well which is like a wild breakfast sandwich in a wrap which I may have tried before also but dont remember. I personally like my oversized breakfast sandwiches on a bagel or roll(dont get a sandwich on a bagel if youre not in the greater New York metropolitan area). My friend who has the house in the ‘Nos says it takes forever for them to make a sandiwch(it takes people forever to do anything out there but its just a more relaxed pace of life) so I would call ahead. We called about 20 minutes in advanced and our sandwiches were ready to go when we got there.
