I’ve worked with Joe and his team on several different occasions and have always received top notch service. He has help me find two houses and sold 1 for me. I know whenever I need him he is just a phone call away and will always answer any question I may have. Real Estate whether buying, selling or renting can be stressful so its great to be in good hands going through that process.

So far, Wright Davis has been a complete joke. The staff is mortally incompetent. What can I say except useless.
Expecting them to pick up the phone? Think again. Once they have your money and all their ridiculous fees, you will have no way to get ahold of them. Good luck email. Good luck with their website. I will never use this company again.
Renter beware. Once they got your money… You are on your own!

My Girlfriend and I recently had the DISPLEASURE of having Wright Davis as our «Property Manager».
The House that we rented looked great on the outside but that’s where the good experience ended.
Less than a week after moving in the Kitchen sink was not draining properly. We were told to try flushing it with a commercial grade Drain cleaner which did not help.
After we hired a plumber he found that the pipe was blocked from years of overgrowth and build up. (The house was apparently a Foreclosure for a few years).
They WOULD NOT reimburse us for the expense of the plumber to fix the problem that was there before we arrived ($ 350).
That’s not where it ends…
The dishwasher stopped working they did not care. We were stuck dealing with that by ourselves as well including missing work for the service call.
Several other problems occurred during the rental but I will skip to post rental.
A WEEK after we moved out the property was inspected and then Charged us $ 100 to mow the grass… which Takes no more than 20 minutes.
It doesn’t end there… JUST TAKE MY WORD AND AVOID!
