When I first pulled this Wendy’s up to check-​in as we drive through the drive-​thru I laughed at the idea that a Wendy’s had 1 star. One? How is that possible? Then, we waited for a couple of minutes saying,“Hello?” At the voice activated machine to order. No answer. Strike off one star.
Then, it was all she could do to quickly take our order and couldn’t give a total. Too busy perhaps? Strike off another star.
THEN, we got to the window and she said she was sorry-​she was just busy with other customers. (The place was empty. No cars.) and proceeded to hand us our one drink covered, and I mean COVERED in soda on the outside – not the inside. Strike off another star.
The only reason I didn’t strike off a star for the lie about being busy with ‘other customers’ was because she DID apologize… sort of. Better than you get in some places… if that is a standard worth recording.

If there was less then a one star this location would get it. Other locations good but this one is gross at best.

Bathroom smelled like mildew. Greasy floor not cleaned well– slippery. AC dripping water on a table. Burger was good, but if they are this negligent on cleanliness with their food, I hope that I don’t get sick.
