Fairfax, VA is definitely right about their dishonest business style plus aggressive technician.
I booked a three room cleanup with $ 89 from their own website. They even sent out a confirmation text message to me asking me to confirm my reservation, which i did. The message indicates the time for them to show up is 10:00 am, which they did not show up until 11am. when I started calling numbers and was told that some mistakes were made and the technician are not available on the 1^st confirmed time. I was rescheduled to another 2−3pm in the afternoon, with another confirmation email. Now comes to the ironic parts, a rude hulk side tech showed up until the last minute after my second call. He demands $ 45 more to do a cleaning and denied any wrong-​doings. When I tried to stop him and ask him to call to their office at my apartment, he threaten to punch me in the face if i try to stop him to call their office.
Of course, I would not like this kind of trash bag at my apartment. Then, when i called the office again to check what the hell was going on, I was told they are not going to do it at the original price and that is it.
Notice that this company was #1 showing up when you google carpet cleaning in this area. But do not trust this dishonest company to do any service with you. All they care about is to cheating you and extorting money from you to pay their Ads fee on google. Worst company ever worked with!!!

First I would like to say that the tech actually called 30min prior to coming! Every company I have dealt with that says they will call, NEVER calls, so it was a pleasant surprise. He arrived on time and explained everything that he was going to do and what the best way would be for me to maintain it. I have a 4 year old and he was asking tons of questions and I was trying to keep him out of the technitions way but the tech was so nice he let my son watch him the entire time and answered all his little questions! So sweet! When he was finished the job he explained everything completely and my couch looks brand new! He did a fantastic job and I was very nice and made us feel very comfortable:) I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

We are so pleased with the service! Our technician was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. The price that was quoted over the phone was the same once he got here. Stanley Steemer was going to charge us more than double to do what we had done! In addition, he kept in touch with us to let us know for his arrival time. I highly recommend this company.
