Blueberry muffins. Home made, fresh every morning. Fantastic and absolutely melt-​in-​your-​mouth delicious. I get a muffin almost every morning because they are so wonderful. They make bagels every morning too. They made sweet potato soup that is absolutely divine. They make home made cookies and brownies that are fresh from the oven and so fantastic. The staff is friendly and helpful when trying to decide what to order. If you work in the building they remember you and spend a few minutes to chat and see how you are doing. After the renovation, the food is more fresh than before, and feels lighter and healthier. The breakfasts are wonderful, fresh spinach, feta cheese, eggs in a wrap is my favorite. Portions are perfectly sized for breakfast or lunch. They have many comfy seats to choose from overlooking the river, flat screen TV’s to watch the news, and a quiet atmosphere if you need to have a business meeting. Perfect location, especially if you work in the building. Prices are very reasonable, considering what other restaurants in the area charge.

If there is a hurricane and absolutely no way to get out of the building this is a great place to eat. Kidding… food is at best mediocre… Coffee is ABSOLUTELY HANDS DOWN THE WORSE IN TAMPA… if the health department ever drinks any I am pretty sure they will close them down. WAY OVERPRICED TOO!!! better places are a better price in downtown tampa for sure

Good lunch food, and location is perfect if you work in the Wells Fargo Center – they’re on the second floor.
