My experience at the Bassin center has been lovely. The way the staff and Dr. Tom Kosowski treated me, made me certain this is where I wanted to do my procedure. I even brought my mom in for a consultation for her face lift, and again, the doctor and staff treated her very nicely.
Dr. Kosowski was very sweet with my mom and has a wonderfully disarming way about him. This is one of the most important things during a consultation as you’re already feeling a bit insecure, and he does it very well and is very thorough.
During my procedure, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. The doctor and staff were in excellent communication, and so far just the day after, I feel great. They have checked up on me and have answered all my questions. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I look forward to seeing the results when they do my mom’s procedure as well.
