I just experienced some wonderful Customer Service at this Sprint Store! Going into the phone store is always guaranteed to be stressful, but after explaining that I was new in town, my associate when out of his way to make sure this was easy, fast, and I was so satisfied! I wish he was wearing a name tag so I could let everyone know. I was in and out with a fixed screen protector in less than 5 minutes. I will be back! Customer service can save a business I believe.

Can I give this place 0 stars??? I stopped in again to make a purchase, same story«may I have your name so an associate can help you» me «is there any way I can give you money and you in turn give me the items I would like to purchase?» Them«sorry sir someone has to pull up your account». So I give my name and wait, and wait, and wait as I watch 3 employees talking to each other for 5 minutes, hear people discussing there service issues etc… I eventually walk up to the group including the woman who took my name. Me «is there a manager I can speak with?» Her«I am the manager«me «ma’am I am simply trying to purchase one of the retail items you sell can you or someone just help expedite the process» her«sorry you have to wait for a specialist » me «I Don’t need a specialist, I don’t have any issues, I simply want to purchase from your retail store. You all have all these retail items but I have to get on a list to purchase, THATDOESN’T MAKESENSE!!!» Her«sorry sir» me «please take my name off the list» Again, retail is a HUGE revenue stream why do you have the retail items but no way to sell it expeditiously? ??

I joined my Mom for the family plan from AT&T on October 14, 3014. I went from a 32g 5s to an iPhone 616g, that was dumb on me. Shame on me. I go in to this store THEFOLLOWING week to speak with Mike whom had set us up before and asked him if I had any other options to try and exchange for a bigger gigs… Was told that I’m pretty tied down with this phone for two years. Had I known that I only have two weeks to do an exchange, I wouldn’t have waited till today to find out my two weeks ended yesterday and I’m for SURE stuck with this phone for two years. Man… I’m just in thoughts wondering I am really stuck with a phone that I don’t like FORTWOYEARS? What about the other people whom probably wonder it feel the same. Joe the assistant manager tried to help me but cannot do anything of course because it’s too late… reminding me again… my two weeks ended yesterday… I’m stuck with this phone for two years. …Thank you Mike for your excellent service…
