Smoothie King

I went to smoothie king on Fowler today. The individual was a older man it wasn’t the usually young service provides. The man became rude and angry before I could place an order. He didn’t do any greeting and he had his back turn to me as he didn’t want to be bothered. I started to place my order but I stopped and ask for promotions as usually before completion of sale. I informed him I was military and he replied we don’t give that here but in the same sentence he stayed only on Sunday. I ask do he do the Thursday 4.99 for medium size as Bruce B Downs store. He said no not here in angry manner. I ask do he take rewards. His response was we the highest gross store in the area. I asked what does that have to do with me asking for promotions and discounts. He said you have a attitude and you are not going to ruin my day. Wow I stated. I think will take my business to another store. I want to state the obvious. I’m black and he was white. Point here. Don’t go to smoothie king early in the morning on Fowler and expect customer service. I know I will stick with smoothie king on Bruce B Downs.
