Sharks & Minnows Swim School

I went to the location in Citrus park at the Grand Reserve apartment complex and let me warn everyone… this class and company is HORRIBLE!!! Do not waste your money. They make u use a apartment complex swimming pool that is dirty with no changing facilities for your child. The instructor was nice, but not experienced or very helpful. It felt like anyone could have taught the class. We were told not to park in certain spots and they were usually taken. They then told us to use the call box and call the clubhouse to be let in, which would never answer. People were late to class because there were no parking spots. We weren’t given any gate codes and basically had to ask residents for help. The bathrooms were locked and we had to ask the instructor if she could have them open them for us. The first class I asked her where the bathrooms were and she had no idea. They also indicated that they give u a free shirt, but we did not get it. The last class they told us we could buy one. I tried to complain to the director «Andy» and he was very condescending and made it very clear I would not be getting a refund. I warn u! Do not waste your money! I give one star for the instructor being nice.
