The worst customer service ever.
No shame and no respect to any.
The employee seemed to be lazy and hating his job because he had to unload a shipment, sadly takes it out on customer.
I feel so sorry for the owner to have such an employee like that. Specially when a very good friend of mine referred me to them and spoke very highly of Sam The hubcap man.
I am only rating them this low only based on the experience I had today.
Shame shame shame shame how an a employee could destroy the image and reputation of such a highly spoken of Business that the owner build over the years

Sam and Gino were great! They fixed my broken rim and replaced my tire with prompt, professional and friendly service. They have an impressive inventory of fancy wheels and they also refurbish wheels. I highly recommend them.

I’m a dummy and dinged my brand new Ford 20″ rim on a curb. Did a quick internet search and came up with Sam’s. Sam took a look and gave me a quote to fix it, to replace it with a refurb and a brand new one. He gave me a lot of options at different price points. I appreciated his effort and options. He was very knowledgable and quick. He ordered me a rim on Tuesday from half way across the country and I have it on my car by Friday morning. Great work and professional environment. Hopefully it doesn’t happen again but if it does, I know Sam will take care of me.
