Ordered a $ 10 anyway you want it pizza with cheese and pepperoni. Pizza came with hardly any cheese and ½ a pepperoni per slice. I guess you have to pay full price to get a decent pizza from this place.

Came really cold and not crunchy at all… They only put some onions and mushrooms and threw the spinach on top. Really bad presentation. Also it was soggy

ordered online for delivery, showed up 25 minutes after quoted time with no call or apology & was not offered a discount for such a late arrival. 1 pizza had spinach on it and was not cooked, just thrown on top.

I try not to make it a habit of eating at Pizza Hut because they don’t have the best ingredients and so many other places are much better. BUT against my own judgment I ordered online. Bad idea! It was supposed to be ready at 5:12 and they just put it in at 5:43, not to mention the lady at the front desk, a member of the management team according to her badge, continued doing what she was doing without acknowledging me for quite a bit. She finally said sorry I’ll she’d be right with me bit, alas after paying, my order still wasn’t ready. There were shall people walking around in the kitchen so it’s a mystery that my order still wasn’t ready. She offered me a free fountain drink but they should have done better than that. Sorry to my kids but wet won’t be back. I’m not sure customer service is something at the top of their priority. And with below average pizza, it should be at the top of their priority list. This pizza chain needs much improvement. I appreciate her apology but my order 45 minutes after I order needs more than that.

I haven’t eaten Pizza Hut in more than a year. Tonight, I ordered one of their«new» flavored crust pizzas tonight. The confirmation said arrival around 10:17pm, more than 48 minutes after I ordered! I almost cancelled, but I decided to at least give the flavored crust a chance. I waited and waited. Around 10:30pm, I called the store number directly to ask where my pizza was, but my call was routed to a call center. I was on hold for a several minutes, and then a person took my call. I tried to explain that I was inquiring about my order. He said this phone line was only for ordering, but he would try to check. He asked my phone number three times, address twice, and he put me on hold several times — and ultimately could not seem to find my order in his system. The driver then arrived at 10:40pm, so I hung up. The driver took the product from a delivery bag, it didn’t seem hot, but tipped him nonetheless. Once I put a slice on my plate, I realized the pizza was slightly above room temperature. Indeed, this pie was here more than an hour and 10 minutes after I ordered. I kept the pizza in the oven on warm, but the product never fully warmed through. The red-pepper flavored crust didn’t taste any different than normal crust. Either the product is a bad design, or the store neglected to actually flavor the crust. Now, an hour later, I feel somewhat nausous. Either I ate too much, or the pizza started to spoil sitting out unwarmed for an hour. I would call the store and complain, but it seems you cannot contact the store directly, since the call goes to a call center that only handles new orders. So, I’m complaining to a Unilocal audience.

This is a review of the eat in restaurant that pizza hut has at this location. Overall, it seemed really in neglect. Soda fountain had absolutely no syrup in it. Each soda was just water or carbonated water. Only soda that tasted right was the Pepsi. Place looked kind of run down, with paint peeling off the woodwork. Wings n pizza, just ok, which is what you expect from pizza hut.

Remembering all things are what they are and you cannot compare apples and oranges, I like Pizza Hut. I love pizza, this would NOT be the pizza of my choice for my last meal, but for a chain, fast food pizza, I like it. I like the thin, crispy crust, the assortment of toppings and I think their sauce is decent. Yes it could use a bit more cheese, but when I am in that mood I just pay for extra cheese and whaala, plenty of cheese. This Pizza Hut does a heavy business, but they keep their time schedules that you are told of when to expect your pizza. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes. Also they are usually running some kind of special and you can get dinner for about $ 10.00. Yup for a fast food, chain pizza, this is okay in my book. What’s a girl to do? Some nights you are just hungry and need to eat on the fly.
