Pei Wei is one of my all-time favorites for quick food. Everything they have is delicious! They just introduced quinoa for a much better alternative to even brown rice. A regular size entrée plus an appetizer is a nicely sized meal for two adults that eat reasonable portions. You could get two small entrees which are about half the size, but they’re still three quarters of the cost, so it’s not really cost-effective. They have the fancy Coca-Cola machines that make 1000 different flavors of soda. They now except Apple Pay!(At least at this location) For quick, delicious Asian food you just can’t beat Pei Wei.

I went at noon and the line was to the door. It’s a busy area, so that was expected. No biggie. However, I stood there for at least 7 mins and it didn’t move at all. Looking at the registers and the workers all looked overwhelmed, so I just left. Moral of the story is, don’t go right at noon. Get there by 11:45 or wait until 12:30. Giving it 4 stars based on last time that I went. Service was good last time and the food is tasty and you can order something relatively healthy.

This Pei Wei is the best one out of the nearby locations. An excellent staff, kitchen and managerial persons make this location a prime spot. They always have iced tea, lemons, and the necessary accoutrements to have a enjoyable dining experience. I love the ginger broccoli and the plates always come loaded and I love that they offer afferent soy sauces and chili sauce. A extremely well-run Pei Wei and I have frequented so many of then in many states and this is one of the bests. Also, this one is a extremely convenient location and. The Asian mangeerial woman is the best manager and always will make sure the order accurate, and the sous chef runs a great ship…

I’ve eaten here before and it was OK. Yesterday I got take out and it was terrible. The food was all very bland. Places like this should be the same each time you order.

Probably a step up from Noodles and Company in that they have some healthier options. We also felt the food dishes did have distinct flavored, which we thought was pretty good. We enjoyed our meal.

Being immersed in Asian cuisines back on the West Coast, Pei Wei falls short of being one of my top votes. The food is alright. I ordered the Pad Thai and it was… sub-par. The sushi is also served cold so they were definitely pre-made. I would say the only saving grace for Pei Wei are the drinks they have. Overall, not a bad place if you’re on the run and looking for«alright» Asian food.

I am a fan of PF Changs, but can’t always afford the prices there. Pei Wei is a great option for me, as the prices are more reasonable, and I would say the food is on par with PF Changs(the restaurants are related). Food is quickly cooked to order, always fresh, and flavorful. I typically order the Pei Wei Spicy Beef, which is just good every time. My wife love the Pad Thai there, it is her favorite rendition of Pad Thai that she has just about anywhere around town. We have gone out of our way several times just to go here, as we enjoy the food so much more than local Chinese take out. To save money, get on their website and sign up to get their flavor passport. Typically, whenever they are serving new dishes, they give out BOGO coupons to try it with another dish you order. I have recently had two BOGO coupons in the past two months.

We usually get take out from the south tampa location, but we were at Westshore Mall and decided to stop in. It was mid afternoon on a Wednesday so there weren’t many people in here. Staff was very friendly, and the food wa super fresh. I love the vegetable spring rolls and had them all to myself, as usual. My boyfriend and I shared the limited time Kung Pao Sushi roll which was very good. We also got the wasabi crunch roll which is a part of our usual order. I had my regular, the pad Thai and it was pretty good. We will be back next time we are in the area. Definitely a good place for weeknight takeout, especially because you always have leftovers :)

Not too bad for a quick meal. But this is nothing remotely authentic as Asian food. This chain is an offshoot of PF Chang, another faux Asian chain, so no big surprise. My small pad thai with chicken was plenty big enough. You would not need the large size unless sharing. I’ve had several other entries. All are extremely salty. The amount of protein varies. You seem to get the most with chicken, and the least with shrimp. Ordering is off a large lighted board. On my visit, the floors were so sticky, my shoes made noises as I walked around. Kind of gross. I couldn’t quite tell what was on them. There are many better options for Asian fare, but this is just okay.

I’ve been always a fan of Pei Wei and I love there variety of dishes. I love their paid thai and now you can order small or large serving. Unless you are that hungry small size would just be fine and maybe there still be left over. That day that I visited this place they were not busy at all and the they were fast which I always love if the service is fast. The place were clean and tidy. The smell of fresh cooked food is in the air.

Cool concept. Okay sushi, bland main dish. Fast, affordable, but the food tastes like it’s straight out of a box… Because it is

The crab rangoon was so good. It’s made with REAL crab, a little cream cheese, and the sauce is fruity sweet not sugary, and fresh. The spicy tuna sushi roll was delicious and the Kung Pao chicken was literally the best I have ever tasted. The texture and flavors matched so well and complimented each other so nicely. The only negative things I can say about the place is it feels too much like chipotle. You order before you get to the table and it has the same layout. Also, it is just as loud as chipotle if not louder but worth it for the food. I wish there was a Pei Wei in Cincinnati that I could take friends to. I think they’d love this place.

When a first experience is as awkward as this one and you don’t come home with what you ordered, it cannot be anything above two stars. This despite the food tasting pretty good, so my complaint is certainly not with the people in the kitchen here. I’ve been using more online ordering since it is for people like me who like take out, and the Pei Wei website was not bad in terms of navigation, customization and convenience. However, something specific to one of my items was not in my bag when I arrived at home and that just shows someone is not paying attention. I’m 97% sure that someone was the employee I interacted with when I arrived to pick up my food, because she just seemed frustrated or pissed off. At one point, she told the only other employee working behind the counter, «Hey, you need to talk to this guy» when referring to a man to my left who had some sort of an issue with what was on his receipt. That just put the other employee in the same frustrated or pissed off state of mind while a lady stood right next to me for at least five minutes without even being greeted. Simple deduction of body language gave me little confidence that my order would be correct, and I was right. Yet, since this was my first Pei Wei visit, how was I to know what was in those boxes in my bag and what was missing? Granted, I do like those places that show and identify everything AS they put it in your bag but the majority do not. There were not any smiles, greetings or thank you’s either. Just what’s your name, here’s what you owe and here’s your order. Or at least most of it. Get it together, Pei Wei. My recent take out experiences at one place to your left(Lime) and one place to your right(The OG) were both flawless and friendly. This plaza is very convenient to my condo, so those places clearly have a significant edge for my future business.

Chinese and Thai Asian Fusion by PF Chang’s for half the price? Sign me up! Came here with coworkers one day as this is conveniently close to the office next to international mall off westshore next to the Lime which is also great for Mexican. This is one of those casual in between restaurants like Tijuana flats or the Lime where you place your order and they bring you your food. Line to place your order was out the door. We were able to get to the register to place our order surprisingly quickly, grabbed some hot sauces and soy sauce, and they brought us our food when it was ready within 6 minutes. We shared the crab Rangoon for the appetizer and it was great. I had the pad thai shrimp medium spicy and added extra spices. The small plate is $ 7 and large plate is $ 10. The small is more than enough for lunch. The large is really enough for a 2nd meal or to split. It was pretty good for the price, maybe a little different and with thinner noodles than Royal Thai Palace, but they also charge close to double at $ 16 so it’s a great value for what it’s worth. My coworker on a staunch caveman paleolithic no carb diet had the minced chicken lettuce wrap which you can also get at PF Chang’s but for $ 6 and he liked it. My other coworker had the large Kung pao steak rice bowl for $ 8 which has some kick to it and he liked it. They also have honey seared chicken, Dan Dan spicy chicken noodle bowl which I’ll have to try another time. This isn’t a full service restaurant but the people were friendly and the food came out in a timely fashion. For that reason, this really isn’t a good place to bring a date. We were in and out in hour though! Came back for dinner once and it was pretty dead. This place has more of a lunch following. There is plenty of parking available. Will be back again soon!

Good food & service I expect from every location. Not very busy in the evening. I suspect it has a big lunch crowd.

Very good! I had never even heard of this place, but the reviews led me in. Very satisfied, as the food was delicious and the restaurant itself was very clean. Will definitely be coming back. I had the Pei Wei chicken, Spicy Original.

I generally like this place. Years ago I went to one another state. So, I am glad to see them open in Tampa. I love the fact that there are no long waits even on the weekends and the meals are freshly made. It is always delicious. My one complaint is that they only make their sushi rolls once a day. So when they run out, that’s it. I have been waiting to try the Manga California roll but they are always out. I guess you have to get there by lunch time.

I ate here for lunch based off the recommendation of a co-worker. I’ve never heard of it before so I didn’t know what to expect, as far a quality. But, I was PLEASANTLYSURPRISEDOVERALL! This place is easy to overlook because it’s in a small shopping plaza adjacent to The Container Store. Luckily, there’s ample parking in front.(That is always a bonus) When I walked in, I didn’t expect to see so many people inside! I placed a «to go» order online but I immediately wished I hadn’t! The décor was nice, chic, and cozy. Your food is delivered right to your table, although this isn’t a formal dining«restaurant.» Just to get a feel for it, it’s like an upgrade from Panda but not quite P.F. Chang’s. Perfect for the lunch crowd, in the area I work in. On top of all that, the FOOODWASFANTASTIC!!! I ordered a Wasabi Crunch roll, spicy tuna roll and Thai Chicken Lettuce wraps. ALLLGREAT!!! Not to mention, my order was ready when I walked in the door and still warm when I got back to the office to eat it. I love the order online feature! I think more places should utilize it! It just makes it convenient when you don’t have a full hour to blow for lunch. I can see myself becoming a regular here. I saw so much good looking food sitting on the tables and going past on the way to the tables. What I had was so good, it makes me want to try more!
