They were recommended by two friends. They installed a new a/​c unit for a very fair price. I shopped around and called several companies, but Parrot Bay gave me the most reasonable quote. I had a minor issue several months after the installation. They came out right away, fixed the problem and didn’t give me any problems with the warranty.
