Went in last Sunday morning. I was greeted upon entrance. Very nice environment, lots of family and friends hanging out and enjoying the doughnuts. The owner made it every personalized and was visiting table by table to make sure everything was delicious. After waiting about 15 mins in line, we ordered! Pretty long line since it was Sunday morning. However, It was quick and our donuts were prepared quickly and beautifully. They looked awesome. The donuts are all freshly made and the toppings are each customized. I really enjoyed the sweet pig(bacon) and the Oreo one. Go check them out!!! The wait and everything is SO worth it!!!

Heaven. That’s it. My review is done. Why are you still looking? OH! You want pics and a description of Heaven? Well… pull up a chair! I could care LESS once I have my eyes on these little creatures that I had to park a block away and wait 20 mins in line. Who cares? It’s not like I had to go into surgery or something anyway! My favorite time is weekends, of course it’s the busiest, but that’s because they also make CHOCOLATE donuts, too! Mmmmm!!! I got chocolate with chocolate buttercream and fresh coconut! I also got chocolate with maple frosting and bacon! And another chocolate chocolate with coconut if I’m being honest… My daughter got something gooey and vanilla. Hmpfff. The best part of waiting for them? The donut girl was making a box of 2 dozen and I took a pic(check it out!) and she said her friend was big and pregnant and this was the ONLY thing she thought would make her feel better! I REALLY needed to get her number cause we’d be besties, I’m sure of it!

I have to admit, I was apprehensive about getting donuts here. The line was out the door and we waited for about 30 mins to order then walk out the door with donuts. The donuts were perfectly sized and fresh! It’s a small donut joint with great music. We went on a Sunday morning hence the line. Would definitely go back on a week day. Service was decent.

Where to begin… I found these guys while I was perusing Instagram one day. Because of my gluten sensitivities I didn’t want to get my hopes too high but then I saw they offered gluten free donuts! Yay! So one Sunday I drove out there, opened the door and the line was all the way to the back!!! Full house. I stood in line for 15 minutes and it didn’t budge. I was on a deadline so I couldn’t wait long. I left in disappointment. Even though I was the most bummed out, I figured if people were willing to wait in line so long, it’s gotta be good. I returned later during the week mid-day to find the place a lot more calm. Probably only 3 other people inside chilling. It was the perfect place to sit, grab coffee, and of course a doughnut. Their doughnuts ROCK. The gluten free dough is perfect. Not too dense and not cardboard tasting like most GF products. I highly recommend the sweet pig for bacon lovers. But more importantly I like the place because the owner goes out of his way to build relationships with his customers. Within a few times of visiting, and after noticing my social media posts, he knew who I was by name. He knows my career and he’s introduced me to the coolest people. I now try to work remotely there once a week and I bring my friends along. This isn’t just a doughnut place, it’s an experience and I highly recommend it. Tip: If you’re in a hurry, call and order ahead of time for pickup. Weekends can get crazy. Be prepared to wait in line for the greatness of these minis.

Just Ok in my book. My daughter is a pastry chef and loves to stop by local places to check out what they offer. She brought home a dozen mini doughnuts from the Mini doughnut factory for all of us to try. Sadly, I just wasn’t impressed. All of the doughnuts were the same basic cake variety. The toppings were far from original. I feel this place is a wanna be mini knock off of the famous Donut King in Groveland. Same flavors but not the quality. Ill drive to Groveland(or is it Minneola?) for an original Maple bacon donuts thanks! Sorry, Brett I have to disagree with you on this one :)

It’s a far drive, BUT it’s worth it. Not only are the doughnuts to die for, but the service is great! I really love the fact that the owner always seems to be front and center taking care of people. You can tell he’s not there because he has to be, it’s because he genuinely enjoys what he does. He is very inviting and to me that is something a lot of business owners could learn from!

I think that this place is going to go very far between the uniqueness of it and the great customer service. I’m waiting for a second location already ;) My favorite flavor was cotton candy pop rocks. All of the doughnuts are made in front of you. Everything was awesome. Me and my fiancé have been talking about using this company for our wedding(if they even do that). I think this idea is just so neat for any large event, office snack, or for guests at your home. You can please everyone with the abundance of bite-sized flavors. I can’t wait to go back. Wish they were closer.

So good! Got the sweet pig and cookies And cream. Then made my own-vanilla cake with pb icing w/pb cups and a pb drizzle. Honestly mine was my favorite. Melty pb cups nom nom. I suggest picking your favorite things and experimenting.

These mini bombs will kill you with their adorable looks. Have you seen anything cuter?! This shop is pretty busy but don’t worry about getting the leftover crusty doughnuts as each one is made to order! You even get to watch all the action up close. I love that you have a endless creation of doughnuts you can design or just pick some off their menu(or secret menu). So far the ones I’ve tried were pretty good and unique. I absolutely love that cotton candy poprock doughnut. The flavors goes so well together! It’s definitely a photo opportunity but a very delicious one.

Let me just say, this place has been calling my name! I’ve seen all my friends trying these cute mini doughnuts for weeks, and I’ve been itching to get my hands on some… The day FINALLY came at the Unilocal Prohibits Prohibition event! I knew just where I wanted to try as soon as I got there when I knew Mini DOughnut Factory would be there. I tried the Strawberry cheesecake, with a special request for sprinkles. Sprinkles are fun, and seriously make anything that always great even better! They were happy to sprinkle it up for me! I couldn’t resist the Somas, as if a girl scout was trying to give it away to me! Both were fantastic! I NEEDMORE! So I am planning a trip into their store for this weekend. In addition to their spin on these confectionary treats, I loved their team they came with. They kept everything so tidy at their space. In addition everyone had gloves on and their hair tied back. Cleanliness is next to godliness, and I’m a firm believer in this. Everyone was eager to see us. My husband and I were greeted by name(from our nametags), which made the experience more personable. I also posted a picture on Instagram, which Mini Doughnut commented to. Kudos for this team going above and beyond! I seriously can’t wait to see them in their shop! I’m just a tad sad I won’t be in gatsby attire for our second date.

— Short Synopsis — Small Donuts = more to eat and more variety! Plus, Mini Doughnut Factory produces good quality mini donuts with tasty toppings along with allowing you to mix and match your own donut creations! — Detailed Summary — The place got busier as I stayed there to consume my doughy goodness there. A good sign. Also, I love the design of the place as well. There is a long section where they make and prepare the donuts that customers can see as they go to the cash register or wait for their mini donuts to be made. The wood looking floors, tables, and seats are a pleasure to the eye. There is also a sweet, tasty donut smell as you enter the building that pleases your sense of smell. The amount/size of their donuts is similar to a standard donut hole; however, unlike a donut hole, the toppings, icings, and drizzle combinations are easier to accomplish and the Mini Donut Factory does this well. I got the 16 pack of donuts, so I was able to try each one of their 14 premade donut combinations along with creating two of my own. I was able to have some of each donut in one sitting, which is the amazing thing about mini donuts. You are not just constrained to trying one or a few donuts at a time. You are able to try much more, like three to four times more. The maple bacon donut is always a favorite donut of mine as I love bacon, maple, and donuts separately, so combining them just makes sense. I also enjoyed their one with(cotton candy) pop rocks, cookies n cream, Homer Simpson, and the lemon icing with coconut donut. The pop rocks seemed to be puffed up pop rocks because they are fluffier and not as hard as I recall pop rocks being. Anyways, I personally liked a creation I made the most. I like to call it Ash’s Nutty Maple or ANM for short, because that’s close to the sound I made when I ate my own little masterpiece. It is their vanilla batter with maple icing, toasted coconut, and Reese’s peanut butter drizzle. I love nutty flavors as the coconut and peanut butter go well together to provide that nuttiness. The maple icing just puts everything together nicely to finish it off. This is definitely one of the best donut places in the area and I cannot wait to come back to show my friends and family(and of course, I cannot wait to come back for myself).

I love doughnut’s. but I don’t eat them often, empty calories, blah, blah, blah… etc. But Mini Doughnut’s, that seems alright. right? They are«mini» for goodness sake! Lisa and I had to try them, the first time we went there was no parking and a line. so the next time we aimed for late morning. Feeling a little overwhelmed. we just started ordering. and ended up with a box of 16 and two coffees 4 «Sweet Pig»(Maple bacon) 2 Peanut Butter Crunch and 2 Peanut Butter Cup 4 Boston cream 4 French Toast The coffee was good, the service was super friendly and the doughnuts… We sat at a table… I ate 10 and Lisa ate 6. I wanted more, after all they ARE«mini doughnuts» Delicious.

… Because this place brings a smile to everyone’s face. Seriously, everyone’s face lights up when they see these adorable and equally delicious donuts. A box or two of a dozen are perfect for taking to school, meetings, birthdays, and they are always a hit. Make sure to call ahead during peak morning hours for large orders. These doughnuts are just the right size to sample. They’re the Bartaco of doughnuts — bites packed with flavor, small enough to sample several. My favorite is the Samoa though — warm fluffy doughnut with chocolate, crispy coconut and a drizzle of caramel. Yum! There are a variety of beverages and possibly some other items available, but I honestly just come for the doughnuts. Seating is available inside and the owners/employees seem super friendly and down to earth.

Bless the Mini Doughnut Factory! Freshly made mini doughnuts served any way you can imagine! Not for the overly-excited about doughnuts lover though… My boyfriend took me here as a surprise, and I was OVER-WHELMED by the different ways you can get their tasty minis: regular or chocolate cake doughnuts(blueberry on weekends), chocolate/caramel/marshmallow drizzle, pop rocks, sprinkles, rice crispies, fruity pebble toppings… the list is endless!!! The doughnuts are made fresh every day. You can see the fryer dropping doughnuts along the back wall of the kitchen. The workers hand dip the doughnuts and top them right at the counter. I ended up going down the pre-fixed menu and chose doughnuts down the list. We also ordered their coffee, which is also made daily. Very tasty, and a perfect complement to their doughnuts. My favorites: Camp Fire(chocolate icing, graham cracker crumbles, marshmallow drizzle), Cookies and Cream(vanilla icing and crushed Oreo cookie), Peanut Butter Crunch(peanut butter icing and Butterfinger crumbles) and Sweet Pig(maple syrup icing and bacon crumbles). I can’t wait to go back with a level head and try my hand at some customized doughnuts. YUM!!!

My 45th review and it goes to the Mini Doughnut Factory. I have been waiting to try this place for months… Months. Finally managed to make my way here along with my cousin. My cousin and I ordered 16 doughnuts each. You can have a 3, 6, 16 or 35 pack. My cousins 16 included the Lele Coco, Samoas, Boston Cream Pie, and Camp Fire. My 16 included Samoas, Peanut Butter Cup, Lele Coco, Boston Cream Pie, Camp Fire, and Cookies and Cream. Peanut Butter Cup. Most everything has a simile base doughnut dough — vanilla cake. It’s the toppings that make it taste different. Very fresh, friendly service(seems like it’s a family biz), and great idea. It is packed here on the weekends, you may wanna call and order ahead. Parking is tough. If I was able to, I’d give it a 4.5 rating… But having a different dough base can help make more variety in taste. The blueberry pomegranate green tea was a great finish for doughnuts on a cold rainy day.

I love the idea of the Mini Doughnut Factory, but the execution was a little disappointing. I ordered an assortment of 16 mini doughnuts and and iced hazelnut coffee. The hazelnut flavor was extremely lacking. It tasted like it would need about 5 more to make it taste like hazelnut. The menu had a good selection of toppings and you can even custom make your doughnuts. I ordered an assortment of their doughnut combos. Despite the interesting toppings and combinations they had, the doughnut ring itself is extremely bland, so I didn’t find any combination too enjoyable. 3 pack of doughnuts = $ 2.25 6 pack of doughnuts = $ 4.50 16 pack of doughnuts = $ 11.65 35 pack of doughnuts = $ 24.95

Oh. My. Gosh. Where has this place been? Ok, maybe that’s a good thing that this place hasn’t been around for too long. Lord knows my waist line doesn’t need to be eating donuts all the time. But this establishment is DIVINE. Upon entering, I was greeted by the owner and an associate named Jamie. They walked me through the menu and helped me decide on what would be good for my client. I needed up getting a 35 pack of mixed donuts and they were phenomenal. They make the donuts right there and add the toppings so everything is fresh and made to order. My fave was the maple bacon and then the samoas. Fantastic! This place is going to kill it here and I hope they are successful. They are a great addition to the area.

Mini Doughnut Factory has some pretty tasty doughnuts! I went for the first time last Saturday around 4 pm and was surprised that the line was out the door. That must be a good sign! I’m glad I waited the 50 minutes to get these scrumptious doughnuts in my hands. My favorites were the Sweet Pig and Lele Coco. The doughnuts were freshly made and the toppings were sweet but not too sweet. They were just unbelievable; I don’t know how to describe it in words. Just go try them! But if you like soft, fluffy doughnuts, you probably won’t like these.

I am proud to have Mini Doughnut Factory as my 100th review on Unilocal. You may ask why the 5 star rating and I shall respond by stating it was absolutely amazing from top to bottom! The fresh, hot, and delicious donuts, incredible customer service, and caffeine curing coffee is what did it for me! Bo W and Puii highly recommended MDF and chose this over any other place to go when I called to hang out in Tampa. The restaurant is small with only about 4 parking spaces in the front, but there is plenty of parking in the back. It was extremely busy when we arrived around 2pm on Sunday, but I was impressed with the staff and Owner because they acted like it wasn’t a big deal at all. They remained calm and composed when the line was out the door. The owner, Patrick, even came to our table to say hi and even started discussing our backgrounds and military affiliations. He was incredibly personable and a great person to chat with. My sugar fix was immediately filled after my first bite of heaven. My wife and I bought a 6 pack for $ 4.50. We ordered: Cookies and Cream with chocolate cake, Homer Simpson(Strawberry frosting with sprinkles), Peanut Butter Crunch(butterfingers on top), Birthday Cake, Vanilla frosting with M&M’s, and the simply amazing Sweet pig(Bacon on top with maple icing). The donuts were fresh, flavorful, and just the right amount of sweet. The Sweet Pig was my favorite by far. The Maple icing and bacon on top of the vanilla cake was all I needed to know I was coming back. I also ordered an Iced Latte(milk and 2 shots of espresso). There are so many options with donut flavors for the coffee, but I chose to just stick to basic coffee because I didn’t want my mind to explode with any more amazingness! I recommend this lovely establishment to anyone that may be looking for delicious treats, coffee, and an amazing staff!
