I stopped in here to simply buy a tie rack. I was greeted at the door by I believe Chad. He shook my hand and offered assistance. He walked me to the right place and handed me the tie rack. He made some small talk along the way and then rung me up. On the way out he shook my hand again and wished me well. None of this was necessary. I could easily have found the rack myself and I can’t imagine $ 20 was a big sale for him. However he took the extra time and made me feel sophisticated despite my t shirt and cargo shorts. While the prices are certainly not the lowest, I’ll more than likely buy my shirts here in the future.

Very disappointing. I would give them 0 stars if possible. I had a time-sensitive tailoring request for an upcoming interview. My pants were fine except for the waist needing to be let out and the crotch needing to be let down a tad. I called and they said to bring the pants by. When I got there they had me see a «tailor». He was a small, old, foreign man who did not introduce himself and there was apparently a significant language barrier. I told him exactly what I wanted but he kept insisting that the pants should be shorter and that the crotch did not need anything done. I finally lost my patience and politely told him that I was not asking for his opinion but telling him what I wanted. He seemed to understand and nodded but just to be sure, I confirmed with another employee named Chevron that regardless of what anyone suggested, ALL I WANTEDDONE was the waist and crotch. He assured me that we were on the same page. I went to pick up my pants the day before my flight and, sure enough, the length had been significantly shortened and the waist had been let out way more than the 1″ that I requested. I was upset and they offered to do a quick adjustment on the length while I waited. However, the employee then proceeded to let the length down way past where it was previously and at this point I just told them to forget it and I cut my losses. Overall, they were very unprofessional, particularly the tailor, Chevron, and I think the last one was Billy(white, 30s, accent). They were virtually no help at all and basically a COMPLETEWASTEOFTIME. I would go quite a bit further out of my way to go to a quality Men’s Wearhouse and AVOIDTHISLOCATION. This place really has the vibe of a USEDCARLOT with unknowledgeable associates.

I’m not sure why I’m giving this store 2 stars instead of 1. The first time I went to set up Tux rentals I had the distinct feeling certain guys were flirting with me and eying me. I was pretty uncomfortable, and somehow the process took over an hour. The sales guys are definitely enthusiastic, when they are trying to SELL you. There were a couple times(when managers were assisting me) that I felt I got at least decent service. But the attitude here, whether in person or on the phone, seems to be WHOCARES. It feels like more of a good ol’ boys club to me. If you have to rent here, stay on them. Make sure you check receipts before you leave so they don’t overcharge you.

Great place to buy a suit. The sales guys are enthusiastic, will measure you and make suggestions. The fitting is onsite, this is important, I want to try on something, and talk to the tailor and see if alterations will make it fit. I have gone back and changed selections for something that needed alterations. The only ding is tall and big guys. There is a problem here, the sale suits don’t often cover us extra lovable guys. I can buy a jacket but sometimes they are not on sale. You have to shop and shop them, but everything I do buy here is solid, wears well, and looks good. The tailor is a big help for us wide guys, along with a sales person who knows his business, and knows how to make a sale.
