DO NOT GO HERE!!! One they are always super rude… on top of the the GM she is the worst. has no customer service skills which is why her employees have no customer service. I ordered an oatmeal with steamed milked from the McCafe machine and once I get my oatmeal I can tell it isn’t right. So I ask and they have the nerve to tell me its cream and water… Um if I wanted that I would have asked for an oatmeal with a side of cream. Well then they have the nerve to get an attitude and tell me to pull forward while the GM is in the back rolling her eyes… I said I wanted a refund because why should I have to pull forward and wait when they were the one who didn’t do what I asked for… Anyways don’t go here, rude as hell, always mess your order up, and the GM running the store she needs to go back to Hamburger University…

This is the worst Mc Donalds ever and it should be closed down…
I am allergic to tomatoes and ask for no tomatoes got home and sandwich was wrong. This was after waiting 20 mins in the drive thru.
I came back and the manager refused to speak to me unIess i got back in the now 30 min line to correct my order.
Not only that the signs clearly say lobby and drive thru open 24 hrs and it’s obviously not…
Wonder if the owner knows that…
This is totally unacceptable and the personnel working are unprofessionally rude and clearly do not want to be there.
I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. THERE IS JUST A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE THEY SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY BY THE REVIEWS I HAVE READ THIS IS AN ONGOING PROBLEM AND I WILL FORWARD THIS REVIEW TO CORPORATE. …

They cram your large cup full of ice so you get about 6 oz of sweet tea. Plus it’s obvious they hate their jobs. Go somewhere else.

Quarter Pounder doesn’t come with a lot of stuff on it, but when I ask for no onions, I mean no onions. I’m allergic to onions. So I get a sandwich with onions. After I get home. Can’t eat it. Waste of money. Done with McDonalds. Not worth it anymore.

The service was horrible it took 20 minutes to go through the drive thru is unacceptable and I finally went inside and that took an additional 10 minutes. No explanation or an apology for just a cup of coffee. Will not be coming back to this McDonald’s ever
