McDonald’s

Came here for a lunch. Yes, please make sure you go inside to get your order. The drive thru who stated all items were in the bag got it wrong. This happens to often at the Mc D’s establishments. Customer service for the organization could really get a new energy going, the simple mistakes would be much less than what I’ve been seeing

I was forced to add a Star, they are not even worthy of that. Worst McDonald’s ever! I was surprised this was a Casper McDonald’s. I made the mistake and went for an after midnight trip to Mickey D’s on my way home. I ordered three things from the menu. The excuse I was told is that it is after midnight and not offered, even though it was pictured right in front of me. I then kept my order simple and proceeded, but the adventure was not over yet. While waiting in line for my food: I witnessed the manager run outside and yell over the cars waiting in the drive through to the cashier taking our orders. Seriously. this experience is one of many over the years. Do Not waste your time, just drive to Manhattan and order from there.
