I went into this salon a hot mess… I was in desperate need of haircut & highlighting –because my stylist I’ve had for 7 years moved ;(
Megan spent 20 minutes discussing what my options were…2 hours later my hair looked awesome… exactly what I wanted –I will definitely be going back to Megan!

Chontel (small blonde) was the bomb. Walked in at closing and another employee turned me down (even though he ended up being there just as long as her — duh!). She really paid attention to the finer details, layering my hair so it wasn’t blocky. I didn’t have to ask. I’m never impressed by my haircut, but I was this time. Bubbly personality, was accommodating even though she was working overtime. Would go again.

I went to a R**** salon by Master Cuts 1^st — where they DESTROYED my hair. I was so upset that I walked down the hall to get my nails done.
As I was getting ready to walk to my car thru the mall, embarrassed of the horrible haircutand kee, p my hair in a ponytail forever, I stopped by Master Cuts and saw 2 young ladies stocking their inventory /​cleaning shelves — Michelle and Mandy.
I asked them what they thought about my hair. They went silent, and I could see they were trying to find a nice way to tell me my hair looked like crap. Finally I said «it looks horrible doesnt it?!?»
Long story short, Michelle brought me to her station, highlighted my hair, fixed the cut and made me look fabulous.
And while Mandy wasn’t the one who was doing my hair, she was like a cheerleader saying «you’re hair is going to look great» and was boosting my self esteem.
Mandy & Michelle have a great professional relationship and were consulting with each other with options for my hair and it was wonderful.
Before my hair was embarrassing. Michelle made my hair amazing.
On the way home from the mall, I even called the corporate office to compliment Michelle on how she was so polite, professional and how great she is at her job!
Right before a business trip, I booked another appointment with Michelle to straighten my hair. I received so many compliments on my color, my cut, and how my hair was styled.
As long as Michelle is working at Master Cuts, I will be a client for sure!
Come in and ask for Michelle or Mandy. You will NOT regret it!!!
***the manager could go use some management training.

In regards to the 1 star rating that was given before. There used to be a toddler hair cut place directly across the hall. I know because I took my son there to get his very 1^st haircut.
Its still listed in the directory online AND in the mall that this place is there — its not. So you go expecting a kids salon with trucks and carriages for your kids to sit in, and you come over to mastercuts and moms are upset that they have to «settle».
Its not Master Cuts fault that the owner of that other kids salon wont remove it from his website.
People are taking their anger out on Master Cuts and its not cool

Do not bring your children here. They are not equipped trained or good at kids cuts. My daughters hair was completely messed up today and will never go back!
