Great place! The guys are experts; they really know what they are doing. Chris is very patient and both he & David are super helpful! If you do have a computer you don’t need or want anymore, they will look it over & possibly offer you some cash. Even if it’s too old or in really bad shape, they will use it for parts and dispose of it correctly.
We thought our laptop was a goner but it wasn’t. Even after paying for parts & labor, it was worthwhile because we didn’t have to go buy another one. The average laptop only lasts about 3 – 5 years and they believe mine will go at least another 3 years, so for my 3yr old laptop, I’m pretty happy! They also showed me how I could turn my really really old Toshiba laptop, with labels saying it could not go wireless, to go wireless. Something I was just going to pitch turned into a nice backup computer.
My only complaint is location, as I move a lot and wish there were more locations!
