This is a nice place to eat but I just find it so crowded. I really love the store with old fashioned goodies and things you don’t find other places.

I went to this place a week ago and the food was ok, the service was ok. The waitress kept messing up our order. We came with a big group and the table was pretty close to the table next to us, so it was difficult getting out of our seats.

Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day so I love that they serve breakfast all day! If I am craving pancakes for lunch this is where I go. I call to order and pick it up so I am limited on my review of the service. Pancakes are ALWAYS good! They are so good you could eat them plain, but adding the butter and warm maple syrup adds to the deliciousness. My go to is the Mama’s pancake breakfast and I switch out the meat for their hashbrown casserole. It is sooo much better than just the regular hashbrowns. It has cheese and onions mixed in for more flavor. This is a really big meal so it will keep you full for a while, be careful though, pancakes tend to make you sleepy!

Having been a long time customer of CB I used to depend on consistent quality regardless of location. My family tends to order the same items every visit but last night we regretted our meal. The country fried steak is normally large, tender and well seasoned. The portion is usually enough for 2 people. Last night my steak was small, thick and tough. The okra was cold and hard. My husband ordered the reuben with fries and while the reuben was delicious, the fries were barely cooked, pale and limp. My son ordered the fried shrimp platter. He could not taste the small shrimp as they were hidden in a thick clump of unseasoned batter. Again, the portion was pitiful. The macaroni and cheese tasted like a boxed mix. The dining room floor was dirty and I found a discarded pair of wet toddler size pants. I hope CB will regain pride in their food and service as I will not visit this location again.

I was so very pleased to find a Cracker Barrel within a ½ hour drive of my parents’ house when I visit! On my last visit this past weekend, I tried the chicken livers for the first time, and they were really tasty. I really like their healthier side options like the broccoli and sweet potato. The shop is always very quaint and full of lovely gift ideas and seasonal goodies. Great parking lot with plenty of room and a cool spanish moss covered tree. Very picturesque. Will be back on my next visit to the area! Thanks to the entire team for being hospitable and always smiling.

For a country-style restaurant their food is very tasty. Their food is cooked with that homestyle grandmother love.

Omg! The food here is awesome and I don’t even mind the wait time bc you can shop! The service is pretty decent. The biscuits, the PANCAKES oh the pancakes, the country fried steak, everything is wonderful. Love coming for breakfast & lunch!

Every year, I wonder how early I’ll see my first Christmas tree. I’m a Peanuts comic strip snob, so I can watch A Charlie Brown Christmas anytime and be entertained. However, anything else(such as us being constantly reminded that insert business here gift cards make a «great holiday gift») should wait until November. Thanks to my visit to Cracker Barrel this afternoon, 2015’s official date goes in the books as September 19th. September 19th? I personally think that’s too early for Halloween stuff, but Christmas? Oh, and the store manager said it was all in place at least a month ago if not longer. Sure, the Christmas stuff is just in one corner of their famous gift shop but it still amused me. The store manager and I got a good laugh out of it and I appreciated that he made a point of introducing himself to me simply because we share the same first name. While Cracker Barrel is always a good stop on long highway drives for the clean restrooms, I enjoy any restaurant clearly above the level of a Denny’s/Village Inn/IHOP that offers breakfast at any time of day. You all know there are simply too many good breakfast offerings to choose from here, but the country chicken biscuit breakfast featuring eggs and an additional side(Hashbrown casserole) is at the top of my list. Add a few strips of turkey bacon or sausage and I’m even happier. And Panera Bread could take a lesson from Cracker Barrel and NOT charge me an extra 30 cents per little container of jelly/jam when I get bagels or muffins. Cracker Barrel threw four of them in my take-out bag simply on request and the blackberry in particular was outstanding. No, I don’t go nuts for the rocking chairs out front. I’m on the other side of the aisle on this one. It is either an Adirondack chair or I sit indoors. There’s no question Cracker Barrel knows what they’re doing on the breakfast and comfort food front, so my only question after leaving that gift shop is this: Is $ 8.99 a good or bad price for a harmonica in 2015? 20 years ago, I could play Billy Joel’s «Piano Man» harmonica solo… and I think I can still do it.

How can you go wrong with an old classic like Cracker Barrel? If you haven’t stopped for breakfast then you should probably rethink your life. The French toast, pancakes, hash brown casserole, bacon… etc etc are all amazing. Would’ve been 5 stars, but the server fudged my girlfriends order when she asked for the blackberry topping on the side. They will absolutely smother your food in it otherwise.

We had brunch here and it is always good. The food is always fresh and tasty! My husband always gets the pancakes but we go during the brunch hour so I can get lunch. Hubby’s pancakes were good and hot. He loves them. I orders a new chicken meal they have. Our server, Leah was great. She said the chicken pieces were not a big six, but they were. You get 3 pieces and two sides. They have sweet potato fries now and they were good. This place is always crowded on the weekends so pack your patience when you go. I gave them 4 stars because although our server was good, we hallways have to wait for refills or anything else because they are always so busy.

Cracker Barrel has just made me re-examine my hatred for nationwide chains. It just always seemed to me that you just loose whatever made you popular when you try to mass produce it across 100s of stores, especially food. This one, however, has been a surprise I wasn’t expecting. It’s probably nothing new to most people but this is the first Cracker Barrel I’ve ever been to. I just realized that I’ve been seeing these restaurants for my whole life and never knew what they were. I guess in the back of my mind, I thought it was an antique or Amish furniture store from how it looks on the outside. Never once did I get that it was a restaurant. Well, we can thank Unilocal for showing me the light. I looked up breakfast and this restaurant popped up. That was Friday morning, and I’ve had breakfast and dinner there everyday for the past three days since learning I can order breakfast anytime I want. Can ya’ tell I’m a fan? I feel that needs repeating: you can order pancakes at 9 o’clock in the evening! Woo hoo! Cracker Barrel speaks my language. I’ve always wondered why places limit breakfast until 10:30 or 11AM. Is there a logical reason behind it or are we just being controlled when we can eat certain types of meals? Why can’t breakfast be diner, lunch be breakfast and diner be lunch? I know I can’t be the only one whose thought of this. Okay, back to food. I’ve gotten the«Mama’s Pancake Breakfast» every time. It’s crossed my mind to try something else but I figure why mess up a good thing, especially when this option gives me everything I want: 1) Three fluffy pancakes with butter on top + little bottle of warm syrup 2) Three thick pieces of bacon 3) Two scrambled eggs Tip: They will give you biscuits at no charge if you ask for them EVEN if they’re not specifically mentioned in your meal. Just ask for them when you order. Their house coffee is no Starbucks but better than most restaurants I’ve been to. And, they will give you a to-go cup and refill it before you leave. Additionally, I like the nostalgic Americana old time décor of Cracker Barrel. It makes me think of watching The Andy Griffin Show on TV Land. It also reminds me of a this section in Six Flags with the American Western theme. It’s fun reading some of those old time replica posters, that look like they’re from the 1920s, while you scarf down a plate full of pancakes with syrup dripping down your chin. I’m giving em’ 5 stars and think they deserve it, however, the only thing that irks me is how they claim their syrup is 100% Natural but it’s really 45% sugar. They word it in a way they can’t get sued but it’s not 100% maple and they know it. However, I’m willing to turn a blind eye to those shenanigans because everything else is all good n’ well. Last note, if you come on morning weekends, be prepared to wait 20 mins. This places gets busy. The whole front section is a retail store though I can’t imagine what people buy here. All I see is touristy trinkets that people would buy in another country to bring back as gifts but most of the people who come here are locals. Oh well, questions, questions and more questions… I like Cracker Barrel but plan on avoiding it for a while so I don’t gain 20 lbs over the next month!

Cracker Barrel is one of those places that’s an oldie but it’s a goody! If you’ve never been you’ve got to get there to experience it Cracker Barrel has the restaurant portion plus an Old Country Store and it features the outdoor seating area where you can just rock back and forth before or after a delicious meal. It gives you that down home southern feeling where there’s a portion of the day where you can just sit relax, exist, talk and reflect without a care in the world. Being a Native NY’er where life is on high-speed always I used to look forward to the family vacations featuring the southern cuisine, sitting at the table playing Pegs and Checkers after browsing through the kids section of the store. For me Craker Barrel is not just a restaurant but is truly apart of my families vacation memories. Beyond all the mushy stuff that I mentioned before this location does a good job of having great customer service and making sure that the food and experience is good. I won’t say that I have not had and iffy moment here but for the most part overall they get 4 Stars!

Cracker Barrel restaurants are normally consistent with their service and food quality, but this one is definitely a notch above the rest. Even on a busy Sunday, the wait is less than expected thanks to the obvious efficient team effort by the staff and management. The place is very clean and bright, the servers are extremely attentive and intent on providing a very pleasant experience and the food is well prepared and tasteful. Our server, Meckal, was wonderfully pleasant, spirited and made us feel like we were the only customers in the packed restaurant. A winner, for sure!

For breakfast I highly recommend the sunrise sampler it’s the perfect mix of a bit of everything. I also highly recommend the pancakes, they are real homestyle pancakes — not like ihop or Denny’s. For lunch the grilled chicken blt and the Reuben are great. Whenever I visit whether it be for breakfast, lunch, or dinner I always get a side of Mac and cheese — so good!

Cracker Barrel is a great place for all day breakfast. It is southern style comfort food at its best. The restaurant is «country themed» and decorated with old fashioned décor covering all of the walls and a country store filled with various nick nacks, toys and other items. This location is always crowded but I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes or so. The country store provides for a decent browsing area while you wait to be called by the hostess. The food is good but heavy and be prepared to leave full. I almost always order breakfast here, no matter the time of day. My go-to meal is the breakfast sampler with a good mix of different items including eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, hash-brown casserole, grits, apples and biscuits and gravy. All for around $ 9. Service is friendly and quick and I can’t recall ever having an issue with order accuracy. Overall, I recommend this place.

Sadly, got the wrong order. Then replacement order was still wrong. Pancakes were solid and food overall was good. Not sure what we could have done to have her get it right. Maybe we should have had her repeat the order back to us. Kind of crappy when you have to stop someplace else to get food for one kid where the order was wrong twice.

I really enjoy eating here. Granted, I’ve only had breakfast but it always so good and comforting. Their breakfast options are plentiful and I especially love Their biscuits and gravy. I always leave feeling full and service is great. I haven’t tried dinner but judging by how Crowded the parking lot gets in the evenings,(I drive by it on my way home from work) I bet dinner is great. Can get quite busy on weekend mornings, as expected. Love the rocking chairs out front where you can sit and wait for your table.

Can’t go wrong with a Cracker Barrel breakfast. I was so hungry I took a pic of my empty plate of bacon and eggs! Haha Fast and efficient service and pretty good food.

All Cracker Barrels are about the same… This one is a little odd because it is not just a block off a major highway. As such, the crowd tends to be heavier on locals than most CBs. This location gets crowded, but seems better than most. My favorite meal at CB is breakfast — especially the pancakes(thin and slightly crispy on the edges) and the hash brown casserole.
