Burger King

Renovations are complete, and with it, the Burger King Corp has breathed new life into it’s employees at this location as well! Fresh look, fresh attitudes emanate as I checked out the new dining space. Damn it’s cool. Like I could certainly lounge here suckling free Wi-​fi while completing my work all day kinda cool. Like adding aspirin and ice to wilting flowers, this place has straightened up it’s act! The service is now magically chipper. The dining room is well stocked and clean with a variety of seating styles to choose from for groups of all sizes. The lighting is sharp and innovative, no more buzzing yellow depression illumination! Sweeet! the food is yum as well.

Have you ever gotten caught in their drive through, never again. Small very narrow, BK on one side & building on the other and cars ahead and behind, not a cool situation!
You make it up to give your order on the way home from work at 6PM. I place my order, no milkshakes. What, why, I want/​need my shake! I am told the machine is being cleaned. Cancel my order! But there is no escape route. Stuck inching my way to window, which I pass as canceled order. Finally pass window and 2 cars in front of me are conversing! I am not a horn person, but this would have been a good time for it!
Their food usually cold, you know what you are getting as they are all the same and staff is curt and definately don’t love their jobs.
Wake up, adults NEED those jobs you hate to feed their kids these days, so at least pretend your job is ok. Oh, and no gum at the window where I can see you.
This location is convenient for drive home, but that was my last visit.
Any manager that is so off base as to clean essentials during rush times, deserves to loose business and his job.

I have stopped here a few times and the workers seem SO unhappy. Then when you place an order and ask for anything special (like no pickles on your burger or that you’ll wait for the fresh batch of fries to come up) the manager starts speaking Spanish to the cashier like she is upset or complaining… then they both look at you. RUDE!
Things like this make me want to go buy the Rosetta Stone Spanish Edition.

This is my choice of last resort for fast food. I stopped by today after work because I was starved and needed something fast. Drive through wasn’t really crowded, it appeared that I had made it before the lunch rush. That made it all the more frustrating when I had to sit and wait almost 5 minutes for each of the two cars ahead of me and then my order. The cashier wasn’t friendly, basically tossed my food to me without even saying have a nice day. The only reason this isn’t a 1 star review was that the food was hot, and while not as good as say Checkers or McDonalds, was serviceable and filled me up. Considering the numerous other fast food places in the area, I’d recommend skipping this one.

I keep trying to like Burger King. But this Burger King is a typical example of why I stay away. This Burger King is an old building in poor condition that looks tired. On top of that, it just looks and feels dirty. Amazingly it appears to be a company store. If you go in the restrooms they’re not well-​kept, they’re old and they don’t look maintained very well. Looking behind the counter it looks old and also somewhat dirty. Even the staff seems slightly dejected and they seem to be missing the pizzazz that the Caspers McDonald’s have. It’s probably fine but it just doesn’t inspire any extra effort the way all the new McDonald’s do. I don’t work for McDonald’s but they’ve done a great job in the Tampa Bay area of refreshing your stores and making the menu a little bit more workable if you’re looking for something healthy. It’s too bad, because I think Burger King has a better tasting burger. I’m not looking for Burger Monger here … I’m just looking for decent clean and fast. This location doesn’t deliver it.
