Had an issue. They resolved it immediately. Great company. Patrick called and offered to fix the issue within 6 work hours.

I had to fire my last pool company and decided to give Bay Area a chance. They’re very proactive, try hard, and come early in the morning. They moved my pool to a salt system and the pool looked great. I had them do the chemical balancing when the pool was resurfaced and it was worth the money to have them show up every day and make sure the PebbleTec was curing properly. I’d give 4 or 5 stars, but there have been minor glitches(fixed reasonably quickly) that were frustrating. Overall, I’d say give them a try. Unlike the prior guys, they show up, call if there are any issues, and are proactive. I

Worst company I have ever done business with. Not sure how they could possibly stay in business. Terrible customer service, incompetent staff, and and all-around terrible experience. Would not recommend them to anyone if my life depended on it.

Absolutely horrid service. I have called them several times to fix something and they make lame excuses, forget to do things, and forget to call back. They can’t seem to keep track of any tasks that are outside their daily routine. I am not confident that they can keep the chemicals maintained, either. They have a log for their maintenance they leave by the pool. It hasn’t been updated in 8 months, so I never know when they visit. I am a tenant and the service is provided through a real estate management company, so I am stuck.
