We had to visit AUW for school uniforms for my son. Our first visit there the staff greeted us right away and walked us thru showing us the marked area we had to shop from for our son’s school. Check out took a bit longer than anywhere else I’ve been but I could tell it’s because of the software they’re required to use. We had to visit again the week before school started to purchase more items. Boy was it busy in there. Even with the chaos I was still greeted promptly by a staff member and was followed up on while I was picking out the items I needed. Check out took even longer but that’s because there was a lengthy line of parents getting last minute items. With the exception of a not so honest employee and crabby manager, our experience with AUW has been mostly positive.
