I was impressed that they arrived within 45 minutes of my call, and Bryan went right to work to clear the issue, plus he fixed the pipes that were loose which the two former a/c companies didn’t address. Thank you, Ace, for fixing the a/c quickly, and my dogs thank you that they didn’t have to suffer the heat for too long. And thanks for the 60-day warranty.

This is the worst ac company I have every seen and they should have any or all hvac accreditations or certifications removed ASAP. They have been at our house 7 times in the last 7 weeks and still cannot correctly fix our a.c. Every time that they send someone out, they spend about 10 minutes and find a random unrelated problem to blame the a.c. issues on. They never take any of our requests or suggestions seriously. I have asked them 5 times to check the capacitor and was told that they would not do it because it’s a waste of time and I’m stupid for thinking that it’s the capacitor, though most troubleshooting guides with our issues recommend to check it. We still don’t have ac. Avoid this company like the plague

Don’t even think about hiring this company, tec. Charge by hour and the love to dbl charge for trip time claming they were there . Not an honest company.

I paid the HVAC company that installed my system 15 years ago to diagnose and repair my gas furnace. They wouldn’t come out and tell me why it still wasn’t working without charging me again. I had already paid them $ 570.00. I bought a home warranty, and they sent Ace. 15 minutes and a $ 125.00 flat service fee later, I had heat. After 3 years, I will sleep in a nice warm house tonight.
