This is my 2nd time coming here the first time it was ok nothing spectacular but the kids had fun. Today we arrived the lady at the register was rude with no personality at all. She had a bad attitude and was texting on her phone the entire time I was speaking to her unacceptable. My reason for adding a review to this place is it has an awful odor and the bounce houses are far from sanitary they are so dirty and ran down I don’t know how inspection doesn’t shut this place down my kids refuse to play in the bounce house do to them being so dirty and the smell in them. They don’t supervise they all sit behind the counter and talk while there kids in bounce houses with shoes and some with no socks. This place is garbage save your money and time don’t come here

My kids always have a good time when we visit. I have almost 3 year old twin boys. They need the exercise and this place always does the trick. The place is relatively clean, bathrooms could have more soap available. Arcade is not huge but we don’t go to Jump A Roos for the arcade but for the playhouses, so it doesn’t bother us. I am not a fan of the food, mostly because it takes too long for them to make it, but, when we do have time to order food it’s always pretty decent. I wish they had other selection of items like apple slices or veggies(raw with ranch dressing is my kids favorite) or even food for younger kids: biscuits, yogurt, apple sauce pouches, cheese strings?. We are thinking about having our kids party here and we are hoping it won’t disappoint. I have to agree regarding the music selection with the other person who said the music was bad: I wish they played more kid friendly music. Not asking for wheels on the bus but perhaps the Disney Channel that plays music for kids and young teens(tweens).

Great place for kids of all ages. My son loves it there and I know it’s safe and clean. The food is good and the staff is friendly. We attended a party there and it was great. We weren’t kicked out as soon as it was over like most places and there seemed to be so much included. They did an adorable magic show and the place has fun music There’s always staff around if you need help and there is even a toddler area for the little ones. Defiantly better then the competitors.

Was actually considering hosting my son’s birthday at this place because of the price and because I had a coupon from a coupon book. But after checking out this place beforehand I’ve decided against it. My family arrived as soon as they opened and their credit card machine did not work therefore I had to go get cash and come back. They offer no discount for purchasing tokens with admission. The place is filthy and rundown. The walls are beat up and plastered without being painted. The toddler ball pit is missing many balls. The balls are either underneath the equipment or strewn thought the facility including in some of the games. The advertised cannonball was not working and some of the games did not dispense tickets although we won. There was trash all over the floor and behind the games. Keep in mind this is first thing in the morning when they opened as if they did not clean up the day before or in the morning. There is no supervision from staff although there were signs posted max age for inflatables was 12 there were still adults at least 30 years old going down the slides. The music is absolutely not appropriate for children, it is very loud and obscene. Here are a few of the songs on their playlist. S*XY B*tch, Kanye West; Stronger(uncensored) to include words sh*it and d*ke. Shake Señora — Pitbull this song is just inappropriate referring to girls bending over and getting from behind, need I say more. It’s like the music is more catered to the jitterbugs they have working there. There is no way this establishment will ever get another penny out of me let alone hundreds of dollars I was considering spending there. I would not even give 1 star this more of a night club for hood rats.

I attended the Jump A Roos location in Tamarac off University, and it was the worst experience ever. Their credit card machine was not working, so they asked for cash. I suggested that they post a sign letting people know that the machine wasn’t working. A man who claimed to be the owner proceeded to use foul language towards me in front of other patrons including children. If in fact this was the owner, he should not be running a business catered to children or anyone else for that matter.

Brought my granddaughter and grandson here, it was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Would come again. The pizza wasn’t bad.

I am not impressed at all with this place. The bounce houses are dirty and I was informed by an employee that they only vacuum them. The toddler area is clean daily and is very nice for toddlers.

New, not beat up, not too busy and nice employees. The arcade center is weak but everything is nice.

Fun for all my kids, ages 3 – 10. Not crowded at all, so many bounce houses. Separate closed off are for young toddlers. Food is what I expect at this kind of place, good prices.

My daughter received a page of coupons in school & really wanted to come to Jump A Roos… So here we are. I have to say I’m pretty impressed. The place is very clean, the girls upfront are really sweet. As a matter of fact I had no cash on me and I guess there’s a 5.00 minimum to use your credit card so she gave it to my daughter for free. I thought that was nice. Also, the place isn’t over crowded at all and I’m here on a Saturday. I hate when I go to Jump Zone and the place is so packed and you have older kids and even adults jumping where there’s little kids. I really like this place and will definitely bring my daughter back here… Oh and next time I will bring a book to read!!!

This is place is fun for the kids. Keeps them busy & has something for everyone. It’s clean & staff is very friendly. The toddler zone, which is kinda new, is a big attraction. It offers free wifi, lots of sitting space, & has food. Only real issue I have is with the food. They get the main food brought in from pizza place that must be close by. The food is a bit pricey & is just ok. Sadly not many healthily choices to choose from either. Plenty of parking & they have a text message that can be sent with to your phone with deals & or coupons. Anyways, overall, good place for the kids for a few hours.

Editing my review. The main problems I had during my visit: 1. People eating in the play areas and there’s no outside food allowed. 2. Broken toy house left exposed which was a safety issue. 3. Storage room needed to be locked up. 4. Bathrooms were a mess. 5. Baby ball bit had plastic wire ties that needed to be covered. 6. When concerns were brought to the front desk, employees did not handle properly. I have not been back to Jump a Roos since however, I have communicated directly with Greg, the owner of the business and I’m shocked that my review made an impact and changes were put into place. I appreciate the response.

I brought my son here & he had a blast. Unfortunately the air conditioning sucks & the food choices are not healthy. There’s a sign that says you cannot bring in food unless it’s for allergy needs so you either go hungry or buy pizza.
