I ordered online and choose for my order to be ready at 11 and since the store doesnt open till 11 my order wasnt ready. Local management has no control over Internet but i cant get anyone on the phone in corporate to suggest the change. But the real issue is this… a staff member didnt like my parking and cussed around my car all the way inside the building saying thinga like dumb bitch cant park worth shit etc… local management didnt care too much at all so tried to call corporate multiple times and even during their phone hrs of operation still unable to speak someone. Staff horrible to customers, local management doesnt care, website has incorrect info and cant get in touch with corporate

Nothing is ever accurate. Beyond over ever horrible experience I have had here. Now they have discontinued honey siracha and they have completely discontinued my business here. They didn’t even slice my last pizza… HORRIBLESERVICEHORRIBLEEMPLOYEES.

I usually don’t write reviews for chain restaurants but I felt compelled to for this Pizza Hut, because it’s so… bad. Let me start off by saying that I love Pizza Hut. It’s usually my favorite pizza chain. Here are my grievances with the Tallahassee Pizza Hut: The website estimates 60 – 70 minutes yet the pizza always takes nearly two hours to come. Getting someone on the phone is impossible! You are unable to talk to the actual store, you are instead transferred to a corporate office. However, what bothers me most is the quality of the pizza itself: it never fails to arrive cold. That is unacceptable. I’ve ordered to my dorm multiple times, as well as to other tallahassee locations, but the pizza comes cold, mushy, and soggy each time. After a particularly disappointing experience last night, I am cutting the cord with this Pizza hut.

It’s a rare occasion that I order pizza and normally use Dominos because they are reliably on time & good. However, my son begged for meat lover’s because he recently had it at a family member’s house. I placed my order online at 6:51 pm with ease and received an email confirmation with time of delivery of 7:46pm. At exactly 8:00 I called the store because it had not yet been delivered. I was told it was on the way. It was delivered approx 8:10. Ridiculous! In spite of how long it took for 1 medium pizza and 1 dessert, I still tipped 20%. Now I wish I hadn’t! The pizza was barely above room temperature. I felt the need to microwave it to warm it up. I’ve since informed my son we will not order from the store again. I wanted to put all of this in an email to the store but guess what??? There is no email option on the mobile web page or terms or policies pages. So my 1 star reflects poor communication, unreliable delivery time and poor quality of food I received. Very disappointed.

I ordered the new hot dog crust pizza from this Pizza Hut on 7÷18÷15. The pizza part was great! But the hot dogs were sour! They had obviously gone bad and we’re not fresh. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because the rest of the pizza was awesome. Maybe I’ll try another Pizza Hut and pray they have fresher hot dogs.

Getting some one on the phone is impossible. After my first two unsuccessful calls my third got a machine finally that just kept putting me through a circle. This company is going downhill fast. Now that I’ve gotten my pizza two and a half hours later it’s cold flavor less and they forgot marinara sauce on the pizza… never again will eat here

This place is terrible! They have a contract with Ability Towing. How do I know this? They told me. The parking lot had about 4 cars in it. How do you get notified that they are towing your car? That’s a good question! I walked to my vehicle and it was gone! I asked the towing company how much Pizza Hut got out of it and they said nothing. Well, if they have a contract with the towing company, they definitely get a cut! Don’t go near this place!

I ordered pizza before the 1stFSU game of the season and it was packed. When I went to pick it up I had to wait about 20 more minutes but every employee in there was bustin their butt to get the orders out! They apologized for the delay and kept up a great pace! Good team workers in a clutch time.

Expect Pizza Hut pizza, but don’t expect your experience to be pleasant or easy. Similar to many restaurants close to campus, this location is poorly managed. This isn’t the first time I have experienced their lack of management, but after tonight, I decided to take the intuitive to write a review in hopes that it changes something. After waiting on the phone for over 15 minutes(Yes I was determined to get my Pizza Hut) to order my usual large pepperoni pizza, someone finally answered and took my order. «It’ll be ready in 15 – 20 minutes.» When I pulled into the parking lot 15 minutes later, the 4 cars in the huge parking lot didn’t surprise me. I wasn’t even bothered that I waited 15 minutes on the phone(I’m use to this location being a little slow). I walked into the completely empty Pizza Hut and the sound of phones ringing. I stood at the counter and watched as employees played on their cell phones and ignored their only customer. As I awkwardly waited to talk to someone, I made eye contact with 2 employees. One of the employees was sitting at a booth across the restaurant and made eye contact with me twice within 60 seconds, but continued to stay busy with his phone. After waiting 7 minutes to be greeted and 7 unanswered phone calls later, the lady wiping down tables told me someone would be right with me. She seemed sincere and I was a happy to be recognized. 5 minutes and a couple more unanswered phone calls later, the man in the booth stood up and slowly walked towards the front of the restaurant, focused on the screen of his phone. Once he arrived at the counter, he asked if I was picking up or placing an order, so I gave him the name for my order, all the while phones are ringing with hungry customers. After I paid for my pizza, the man answered the phone! I could hardly believe my eyes! A few minutes later I finally got my pizza and here I am now enjoying my pizza and procrastinating by writing this review. I understand that businesses on campus, which staff mostly college students, have a tendency to lack professionalism. I get it, I’m a college student myself. However, tonight I left Pizza Hut feeling disrespected.
