Palm Beach Tan

Palm Beach opened 24 hours for sorority recruitment for all girls to come in and get sprayed /​use a bed. Unfortunately, knowing many girls would be coming in for their first time, Palm Beach Tan took advantage of the so called «$ 20 spray». Many sorority girls were charged for additional lotion packs, a scent, a bronzer, «shoes», and whatever else. The staff was incredibly unclear that people would be charged additionally and many walked away spending over $ 40. Many girls were even tricked into getting a monthly membership because the staff made the deal sound cheaper. Personally, along with many others, I feel taken advantage of. Also, a few friends mentioned they didn’t feel as though the staff cared about the outcome of their tan –only about selling them stuff (rather sneakily). Although many girls were pleased with the outcome of the tan, we will not be returning due to their staff exploiting first timers.
Lastly, their computer system was all messed up and I ended up waiting 2 hours for my tan (and I’m not the only one). All the while, girls walking in after I had checked in were getting tanned before me. Disorganized and, truly, deceiving. Take your business elsewhere!

I think Palm Beach Tan is great! The girl that always helps me is incredibly nice, but the other lady that works there comes off a little rude. I have a membership there and am going to keep going!
