Worst. Service. Ever. I’ve had three bad experiences with this restaurant the most recent one was where a cashier basically told me that she couldn’t deal with me because I requested a refund. After waiting 20 minutes for a «hot and ready» pizza, I decided it was time to go somewhere else and asked for my money back. I called into complain to their corporate office, and was given grinches apologies, and the promise of free pizza coupons that I did not even have to spend at this location. It’s been six weeks, and they still have never arrived. I’ll not use Little Caesar’s in Tallahassee anytime soon

Im a little disappointed with this particular Little Ceasers. This is the second time that gone the and they haven’t had any pizza ready. There are about 5 people waiting on pizza that is supposed to be Hot and Ready. I definitely wont be going back!

This location is excellent. The staff is courteous and helpful. The food is consistent and well prepared. Occasionally the«hot and ready» pizzas sell out, but I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes. Will definitely continue to grub here.

it’s not hot or ready, nor is it good. Plus if you ask why the pizzas aren’t ready, be ready to get jumped on by the staff. I am unsure why this place prides itself on being thugs. The shift leader must not be very smart because she was quick to argue about the situation, some ugly haitian girl. I suppose it’s my fault they can’t keep pizzas on the rack, which is silly considering how empty the place was. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you understand ebonics, and enjoy waiting 20+ minutes for pizza while dealing with the ratchet staff. Also, I didn’t even eat the damn thing cause it looks like they might have spit on it. Don’t come here, it’s a lot like a roach infestation.

The cashier was really nice and the prices were affordable. However, the pizza is very very greasy and leaves you feeling gross. Not the best source of nutrients, but good for a quick, cheep meal.

The pizza IS hot but it has NEVER been ready during any of my visits. It’s seriously frustrating. If the Little Caesars in that tourist mecca Panama City Beach can consistently have pizza hot and ready, any day of the week, tourist season or snowbird season, then so should the location on North Monroe. Let me also take this opportunity to say that the staff has always been friendly, plus they seem motivated and move with a purpose. That is why I don’t understand why the pizzas at this location can’t be ready. Yes, it’s a busy location, but don’t they know approximately how many pizzas they sell on a given day of the week? My gut feeling is that someone higher up is trying to save money and doesn’t want to overextend themselves by baking too many pizzas at once. If there is a better explanation I’d like to hear it. I will say, the price is right and the food is… edible. Ok, I love the crazy bread, the BBQ wings are actually pretty decent, and the pizza… tastes like cheesy cardboard. But you knew that already if you’ve ever been to a Little Caesars before.

This pizza is passable if you can actually get your«Hot n Ready» pizza right away. But having to wait sucks. You might as well heads somewhere else.

It’s hot, but not always ready. This Little Ceasars location offers the $ 5 Hot & Ready Pizzas, which are extremely popular. So popular in fact that around 5 – 6PM, this small location becomes rather crowded. Be prepared to wait a bit if all the pick-up and go pizzas have been sold out. The good news is that they are consist and typically get it to you within 5 minutes. The customer service is good for what it is. Be warned that you will be upsold. This location has an extensive offering of hot wings and crazy bread, which seem like a splurge compared to your $ 5 pizza. These side items can add up, making your $ 5 purchase turn into $ 20. I’m a big fan and would advise anyone heading home to stop into this location. During the warm months there are tables outside that you can sit in and enjoy your pizza too. Perfect for people watching and relaxing.
