Eagles Point Townhomes

The staff is great I love all the residents as well. The maintenance guys are always on point and friendly. I’ve been here for about 8 months and absolutely love it.

Rent was incredibly cheap at the time, 350 cable with HBO included for one bedroom and one bath out of a two bedroom two and a half bath. The homes themselves were adequate and the advertised facilities were mediocre at best. The pool would be down for seemingly no reason except they did not want to clean it. Leasing agents and property managers did not stay long enough to provide clear instructions for residents. Including check in maintenance sheet. I moved in to no microwave and only knew I was supposed to have one weeks later after viewing other residents. Upon further inspection a huge hole in my carpet that I found out that the previous residents made and paid for that I was charged with upon move out. I was charged for the carpet cleaning twice and then an entire recarpeting. They also do not do traditional leases, all residents have to resign in July and this is not made evident. I was asked to be moved out in 6 days because they already leased my apartment. They also advertise roommate matching and upon move in was told I was out of luck. When finally assigned a roommate I was given cleaning instructions and the day and expected time of arrival. That time and date far passed when I called it was implied that she failed to contact and show that I was in the clear. She shows up randomly a week later while I’m at work when the home was not in «impeccable shape» and I get penalized because of the lack of communication. Also, the first weekend I was there my car got towed the morning of my scheduled removal of all four wisdom teeth because they failed to inform or give me the decal. The homes are great for the price, but the staff is so under qualified and indifferent to residents needs or requirements that it was a terrible experience.
