I’d gotten my hair cut for years while living in Takoma and am just getting ready to drive up there from my new home in Northern Virginia because I can’t let go. Staff is super friendly and listen to what you want done. I’ve had cuts by both Sharon and Ashley and they were both great.

Great place! Definitely not a luxury salon, but they do a good job and make you feel comfortable. Ashley cut my hair today and did a great job! The staff is very friendly and it’s very down to earth. A wash, cut, and style was $ 40. I’ll be going back!

This place is great! I highly recommend Ashley, she gave me a great hair-​cut and a wonderful conversation. The price was about $ 30 for a basic hair-​cut and a shampoo, service was quick, and the style was exactly what I wanted. I am definitely coming back for my next hair-​cut.

I have been getting my hair cut and using many of their services at Shampoo for years. This is a top-​notch beauty parlor and we are lucky to have them in Takoma Park, Maryland. They are friendly and all of the staff are excellent. I highly recommend them. They have loads of clients, like me, that have gone to them for years.

Horrible service! Asked for a simple trim and blowout but Ashley left my hair longer on one side! As for the blowout I dont think she knows what that means! Left out with my hair still wet and uneven and paid $ 40.00! I will never ever go back!
