wow I have never met someone so rude! the owner is very unprofessional

Was very happy with the service I got. My roommates and I moved into an apartment that was supposed to have been cleaned by the management before we moved in. It wasn’t, not thoroughly anyway. It was fine enough to get by on at first, but on a purely aesthetic level, the carpet was pathetic. There must have been a family with toddlers in the apartment before us because there were alot of bright colored (relatively speaking) spots throughout the carpeting. In college, it’s kind of par for the course to move into a place like that, but now that I’m out, I’d like to keep my living space cleaner than that. I convinced my roommates it was worth it to get the carpet cleaned. Asked around at work and someone recommended Chase. Gave them a call, made an appointment, and we were all very pleased with the service. You can’t tell that the carpet looked an abstract art painting anymore. I don’t anticipate that my roommates and I will be having children any time soon but if our carpet comes to have issues in the future I definitely know who I will be calling.
