Ryan was awesome. He is straight forward, reasonable, and stays in communication with you. The Jet Ski was lighter than I have had before which made it really fun. When it came to time/pick up and drop off he was not a clock watcher. Very customer centric too! Thanks Ryan, next time I rent it will be with you.

Rented a jet ski from Ryan for an hour for my daughters and I to ride together on. Didn’t use the full hour because my daughters didn’t feel comfortable on them. Ryan only charged me for the time I used the jet ski. Great customer service! I would definitely rent from Wave Runner Rentals again. Thank you Ryan!

AWESOME experience! We’ve been renting a jet ski each summer when we go to Tahoe for years. This year we tried Wave Runner Rentals and we’re so glad we did! Ryan was prompt in delivering the jet ski to our vacation spot and was super nice to boot! The equipment is NEW so there are no operating issues as we’ve experienced in the past.
