I am sorry to give anyone a one star review but in this case one star is generous. It took a month of Sundays for our waiter to arrive. He was clearly in a hurry but knew the menu and was as courteous as one can be in 15 seconds. I ordered a beer and chocolate milk for the kids, the wife had a water. Drinks came out quickly but the beer was flat, brutally flat, dead flat – if the«bartender» saw that pour and sent it out, you understand why I put bartender in quotation marks. If the drink order came out quickly it must have been to make up for the long wait for our entrees. The food runner(manager) was polite and replaced my beer with a bottled beer – it was the bright spot of my dining experience. I ordered the shrimp and asparagus steak cooked to medium – it was well done – only in terms of its temperature. It appeared to have been cooked with a blowtorch. The shrimp that came as a «steak topping» were cooked exactly as the steak should have been – medium rare. When I checked the temp of one shrimp with my finger it was as fresh from the refrigerator as a piece of sashimi – it was also clear – and clearly not cooked at all – obvious had anyone even glanced at that plate before it went out. Did I mention that the manager brought me my plate? My fries never came out and the asparagus under my steak looked like they had been under several other steaks earlier in the evening. Some cherub tomatoes were supposed to be cooked with the asparagus but they had been tortured for information and their carcasses added next to the promiscuous asparagus in an odd grouping. My son ordered Mac and cheese and fries. It was Kraft Macaroni and cheese FROMTHEBOX and it was awful, he couldn’t eat it – they actually failed at making regular olé Mac and cheese. First time I’ve ever seen it done. Kraft should send some food scientists to investigate this first-ever case. The fries must have been the great-grand fries of my lost side item and had exhausted themselves in the search for their kin – they looked as such. My daughter had the grilled cheese and fries. The sandwich was pretty good – the fries looked even older than my son’s fries, which appeared to have been cooked just before the new year began. My wife had the Avocado sirloin. It was properly cooked to medium temp and she said it was really good. I told the waiter at the end of the meal and he got the manager. He knocked about 15 bucks off the meal and everyone was friendly and polite. Too bad friendly and polite isn’t very filling. I wouldn’t recommend this Chilis to anyone.

Went back to this restaurant and things have gotten better. Wait staff was very friendly and the food has definitely improved. Would recommend.

I went in ordered a rib eye. Talked to server about the cooking of the steak. Medium pink in the middle. One hour later she bought the steak out over cooked. I asked for a check and told her I didn’t want the food. She said she would not charge me for the meal. As I walked out I heard her chewing the guys in the back. The only trouble is this has happened every time I gone in there for the last 2 years. Mind you I haven’t been in but a few times in that time span, but that is my last time. I hate Sonic but I would rather go there than ever try this place again.

It’s a Chili’s which is good. Main problem is its staffed by college kids. Sometimes the food is great. Sometimes bad. Depends on the staff in the kitchen. Last time I ate their I ordered what I always ordered and the chicken crispers tasted microwaved. Sometimes the staff is great, sometimes they are way to occupied with Facebook. I’m not trying to pick on college kids; I worked at a restraint in college Just to many good places to eat in Tahlequah for me to want to go back here. Brings a tear to my eye because I love me Chicken Chipotle Crispers.

Probably the best chili’s I have eaten at. Our service was fast and friendly. We had a big order and they did their job and got it correct. The only knock was our waiter didn’t know how to make guacamole, we walked him through it no problem. Will eat here again.

This is a small town Chili’s. It’s obvious the company is trying to shake up the brand AGAIN, looking at the décor and the new menu. The service wasn’t bad just slow. Took forever(40 min) for lunch to come out and the place wasn’t even crowded. My problem with Chili’s regardless of whether it’s a regular location or an airport location like ORD or DFW is that they don’t train their cooks very well. Stuff comes out over or under cooked all the time and quite frankly some of the combinations of foods they put out don’t taste very well. This location basically an average Chili’s.

Just had the hostess tell us there would be a 5 minute wait for a table. Looking around the… uncrowded restaurant, I asked why. The hostess said the kitchen said to give them a five minute wait time. Very interesting. This restaurant is known for slow service, is this their solution? I don’t notice a problem at any other Chilis.

This isn’t so much on the food as it is on experience. The food was alright, servers were nice, but what bothered me is what happened before we got sat. I came in last night with my wife and kids. I had forgotten to tell the hostess I wanted a high chair, so I asked the server and the hostess came back. She was trying to say something, when a lady, might have manger or something, came up to the hostess and started yelling at her about being able to put it at the booth. I think she was just trying to defend herself and looked like she wanted to cry by the end of it. Other than that, the service was great, again, the food was okay. Probably won’t be back, it left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

I have eaten in this Chilis at least once every month. The food and service are good. Typical to such an establishment. My real problem has been with the To Go service. The 1st time I arrived and no employees seemed to be working the To Go area. The 2nd time the employee was on the phone taking order after order. It was a good 7 – 10 min before I was acknowledged and my order sought. My orders have been wrong both times. However the distance and weather made returning out of the question. Eating in is fine, but I would not recommend ordering food to go.
