They have the best clothes! A must shop for ladies size 12 and up!

This is my #1 spot to shop. I love most of the ladies who work here, especially the manager, she has exceptional customer service! They always have new stuff in store, and a pretty well stocked clearance rack. No, its not the biggest locations this chain has, but its close to me and convenient. Maybe one day they will open a bigger store at Tacoma mall… A girl can dream!

This is more a review of this store, not Torrid as a whole. I love Torrid’s clothes and their products.
This store didn’t have very good selection compared to what they had online. I told the person working that I was looking for a specific dress. She didn’t offer to look it up to see if it was at another store nearby. I ended up buying online because the store didn’t have what I wanted nor the customer service to make me want to look for other items there. The store at the Southcenter Mall is much better!
