What a huge disappointment. We received a discount book, and this subway was included in a buy one get one discount. When I showed the employee the coupon, she asked me if I was aware that it was only valid on foot long subs; I asked her how could I be aware if it didn’t say that anywhere on the coupon or the advertisement, without hesitation, she said ok, order what you want then, so I’m sure that I’m not the only one to have given her a «HUH» look when she said that. We had to repeat, and repeat, the order to her, it felt like she had tuned me out or something. I eat Subway a lot, and they were SOSTINGY with their toppings, I think that she may have put 3 small pieces of olives on one of my sandwiches, I was thinking that I should have showed the coupon after I ordered, because I felt like I was being punished for having coupons. We get up to pay, and the cashier had questions, and held us up for a while because she was having a hard time figuring out how she should ring us up. Making a profit is a priority, but leaving the customer knowing that, and not feeling like their business was valued was not ok. Coupon or not, I would not go there, I love Subway, so I suggest going to another one.
