Precision Automotive

My family and I have been using Precision for most of our car repairs and maintenance for 6 or 7 years now. They always are professional, courteous, communicative and timely. They will give a ride if you need it when you drop off your car.
They’re not always the least expensive, but they always have done good work for me. Some mechanics I formerly used (mostly out of business now) tended to have lower prices, but also tended not to actually fix the problem, and it would end up costing more in the long run. :shrug:
My only complaint is that they take weekends off, so I can’t drop off a car Friday night and have it fixed by Monday morning. (But actually, I highly applaud the civilized and vanishing custom of the «weekend» — most Americans should have more days off.)

I’ve been their regular customer for probably a year or two now. They have a few strengths. One, they’re available. They answer the calls and usually get me in next day or so. Two, they can offer a ride after dropping off the car. Three, they give you a discount. For instance, I dropped my car off for oil change the other day, they had to do a few necessary things which ended up costing a few hundred dollars, and I got free oil change. Maybe these are common services and don’t deserve attention. But I always appreciate them being around! They’re friendly too.
