Not as good as it used to be, I had the porkchop with mashed potato and steamed broccoli. The vegetables had no seasoning. The meat was good. Wife had chicken Marsalis, the sauce didn’t taste that great and it’s a small portion, she didn’t care for it. Service was good and didn’t have to wait too long for our meal. I would go back for the bbq pork ribs or beef steaks next time.

If your Manager Josh can be rude to his customers because he doesn’t like Mr. Trump And calls him white trash is just wrong I will never go there again!!!

I was appalled by the lack of professionalism at this Outback. The manager/owner, Josh, should be made to apologize publicly for the deplorable behavior. How disgusting that you would treat patrons with disdain, because you don’t like what they drive. Who are you, the thought police? Send a message to this creep. Don’t go there.

I cannot believe the unprofessional management/owner. To actually scream at a customer over the wrap on the truck, who does that? You just cost your employees money and your business money. Maybe next time you will think before act in such a childish and unprofessional manner. Never eating here and I will be telling all my friends and family in the Tacoma area what transpired at your restaurant this evening.

The owner/manager Josh was screaming at an obvious Trump supporter(truck was decorated) to move his truck because he didn’t have the same political views. I couldn’t believe it, I don’t see myself stepping foot in another Outback again.

Had a terrible time tonite. We got our soup and salad and the soup was cold-it had been sitting, asked our waitress for some sugar for my coffee and she brought it about 20 minutes later after I reminded her a second time. Our food came about 5 minutes after we got our soup and salad. The food was lukewarm at best. Good thing I had my wonderful husband with me to keep me company cause it felt like a camping trip we were there waiting so long at the end for the check. We won’t be back there again anytime soon!

Went there last night. I had the baby back ribs and they were as good as always. My girl had the outback steak which she said was okay. My family used to come here alot years ago and I think the overall service has gone down. Didn’t know waitresses name because she didnt introduce herself. It seems like they got new ownership awhile back and the quality has gone down. Just my opinion.

I was pleasantly surprised that our meal was excellent… at The Outback. We stopped there after a busy day and ordered blooming onion and drinks to start. The blooming onion was smaller than I remember but still tasty. I ordered the 6oz garlic butter filet mignon and my husband the 10 oz ribeye(both medium rare as it should be). Everything was really good, my steak could be cut with a fork, my side of broccoli was cooked perfectly and the baked potato was exactly how I ordered it. There were no mistakes, no missing items, everything arrived timely. I had a similar steak at Pacific grill recently and it wasn’t quite as good and we paid a lot more. We are definitely coming back to this Outback location. 4 stars because it took a while for any of the wait staff to acknowledge us upon arriving and there were 3 tables at the bar that needed cleaning while employees were seemingly standing around. Our waiter was really nice and attentive once he came around to take our orders though.

Bloomin’ Onion you can tell was from a deep fryer well in need of oil change. The breading on the shrimp wasn’t cooked all the way and still doughy. Had not been to an Outback steakhouse in past 5 years and quickly remembered why. Although seating was quick due to being less than half full of patrons on a Saturday night.

My boyfriend and I haven’t been to the outback for a few years, we decided to go to the 38th street location in Tacoma. Our waitress was mackienze. She introduced herself and asked us for our drink order. When time to take our food order mackienze sat down next to me on our booth and proceeded to take our order, which I thought was unprofessional. I ordered the 6 oz filet mignon medium well done, with side of loaded mashed potatoes and my boyfriend ordered filet mignon med well done and lobster tail with side salad and mushrooms. I ordered a cup of potatoe soup before our meal came out. After she took our order she dissapeared in the back for 15 minutes. When I finally saw her again I asked for my soup and she replied with«oh, I didn’t know you wanted it before your meal» when our meal came out, our waitress forgot three things my boyfriends lobster tail. His beer he ordered before our food came out, and my glass of milk. Our waitress dissapeared once again, I had to have someone else hunt her down. I told her about the missing items and she apologized. My steak was cooked medium(all pink) but we didn’t want to bother and wait another 20 minutes. The experience we had was horrible, the food was OK. After we finally got everything we ordered our waitreds told us my boyfriends beer and lobster tail were on thr house, but wasnt genuine about her mistake loke no big deal, it didnt reflect on her psycheck. The potaoe soup was runny, my boyfriends salad had more cheese then lettuce in it, and my steak was under cooked. The customer service was horrible. Save yourself a trip and go to the south hill location or stick with black angus if your looking for a decent steak and customer service. For spending $ 73 we didn’t get our moneys worth and won’t return

This ain’t Ruths Criss or Daniel’s Broiler, but it ain’t bad either. If Denny’s decided to open up a steakhouse, this would be it. By the way, I ordered Aussie fries. I could’ve sworn they were french fries. Anyway, I’ll be back especially if I can use a goft card.

We’re doing Whole30(think extreme Paleo) and wanted steak and lobster on the cheap… the sever was very accommodating with my questions and we ended up having a good Whole30 approved meal! Very pleased with the service and food. Thanks!

Personally I’m not a fan of Outback but my husband received a $ 25 gift card so we said«why the hell not.» Right now I’m wishing we never came. First off, our waitress wasn’t too great. As soon as our waters were served, my 1 ½ year daughter accidentally spilled water on the table. I started wiping it up with my napkin. It would have been nice if she offered to clean it up or even provide me with more napkins, but she did not. She pretty much ignored it. So I was out of a napkin since I used it on wiping the puddle of water on the table. Secondly, once our food arrived we asked for Tabasco and steak sauce. It took FOREVER for her to get it to us. She even came back to our table and said«oops I forgot your sauce, let me go get it.» It was a bit frustrating considering i wasn’t going to start eating my dinner without it. Right when we were ready to leave, my son remembers he never received his drink. So I had to ask for it to go. Once we were done with our meal, we asked for our check. While we were waiting, my family decided to go to the car while i wait for the bill since my daughter started to get a bit crazy. While I was sitting there alone, our waitress noticed I was waiting and finally decided to get our check(even though we already requested it before my family went to the car). I finally gave her my payment and while I was waiting on my receipt, I noticed she went to 2 different tables to take their order before finishing up with me. My family said it felt like they were waiting for me for about 10 to 15 minutes in the car. All in all we had a bad experience and we dont plan on coming back.

My boyfriend and I love onions and we decided we would come to outback to get one of those blooming onions. That was the only good thing of the night. The hosts told us it would be a 15 minute wait and after 15 minutes we were seated. That wasn’t an issue, but it took so long for someone to come to our table after we were seated, we wondered if they forgot about us. Finally they take our drink and appetizer oder. They come back another 20 minutes in and get our dinner order put in. We get our blooming onion which was great. It took them another 45 minutes to check on us though and they brought all our food out at once. Soup, salad, and the stake and sides all together was too much. It was supposed to come out in courses but there was some kind of mistake in the kitchen. My steak was also undercooked! We complained and they took 10% off bill. I don’t think the waiting and food was worth it for another return.

Right next door to the Goodwill, which is a demerit right there: 1. Waited over 30 min for food 2. Waitress forgot to inform us that the wine we ordered was not available 3. Blooming onion was basically sculpted grease in the shape of an open onion 4. Seats haven’t changed in 10 years and made my sciatica flare up Honestly, I would have been better off going to Taco Bell. Wife loves this place, don’t know why. Personally, at least at this location, pretty sure this visit will be my last.

This was the worst dining I have ever experienced. Our waitress was irritated that we wanted refills on our water, kept asking us if there was anything she could do more but got irritated when there was, and finally the awful food. My sirloin was a step away from burnt rubber and my shrimp scampi swam lifeless in a bowl of butter. So, the food did not make up for the service… which in that case I would have at least provided two stars. HORRIBLE

Ill start this off by saying in March, I entered a contest in which I won outback for a year, pretty cool right? That being said I have eaten outback at least 1 time each month. So I know what good outback tastes like. This was the first time at this location though. This order was take out-I ordered bloomin onion, hot wings, salmon entrée, and the outback special with cheese cake and loaded potato soup. All of the food was hot and cooked well. No complaints here

Wow!!! We had an awesome experience during lunch today. Our server Taylor and her Manager Matt were great! One of the guys in our group is very picky; he asked for fresh(raw) jalapeños to have with his 22 oz. steak, and guess what? He got them from Taylor’s manager Matt. No many places go out of their way to fulfill customer’s expectations, but they did it today, and that rocks! Thank you very much for the quality service and awesome food. It shows that Matt is all about customer satisfaction. We definitely give Outback, Matt & Taylor the 5 star plus rating!!!

My sister and I shared a $ 28 filet. It came with 2 sides, so each of us had a salad. Therefore, the steak came solo on a dinner plate. No parsley, nothing. Just a hunk of meat. It was tender and cooked the way we like it, but where is the pride in presentation? Our mom had the chicken salad which was pretty much a bag of lettuce on the plate with a few tomatoes and some chicken. Not good.

Maybe some day I will get something different when I go to Outback Steakhouse lol, but I know what I love here, I always get the Outback Special, Medium done, the steak was very tender and good, and the Baked potato was perfect– love a good potato! We did have the Blooming Onion, while had better ones at the Meridian Restaurant, this was pretty good IMO, and she brought out two sauce’s for us, which was nice of the waitress. Since its a Australian theme Restaurant, and they have that coke stuff, went with a Fosters Beer which was real good– I would most certainly get that again at a place that dont have Pepsi. I just REALLYREALLY love that bread they serve here, wish they made a full size version so could have it at home! YUMMY! Also love the tangy tomato dressing that I always get with the salad, perfect complement to a salad! I give the service here 10 stars, are waitress was very friendly, prompt and 100% awesome– they should give her a huge raise! The food was real good, and the price just right– why go to Ruth Chris, when you can get something just as good for a lot cheaper!
