Awful experience. The doctor hardly let me ask questions and when I did he would interrupt me in a very loud voice — it felt like he was yelling at me. He suggested surgery but there is no way I would have that man come close to me with surgical instruments. I left the office in tears and will be seeking a different ENT doctor.
The only positive from the visit was dealing with the gals in the front. They were great.
