Hobby Lobby

It’s probably a good thing there’s not a Hobby Lobby closer to my house or I would go broke! They have a great selection at absurdly good prices.
The one thing I buy here that I absolutely won’t buy anywhere else is fake flowers. Theirs are so beautiful and realistic looking. They also have super fun over-​sized ones, too.
Great place for apothecary jars and terrarium jars. And frames! So many frames!

Not happy with Hobby Lobby right now. I ordered a frame 3 weeks ago and I was told that when the frame was ready I could bring in my diploma and it would taken about 15 minutes for them to get it set in. I received a call this advising that the frame and mat were ready. Came in to and was told by the person in the framing department that it would be several hours before it would be completed and I would have to come back later. I have already driven a half hour to get here and I am not going to drive a half hour home and then come back later today. You should not tell ur customer something that is not true. I am not going to leave my diploma that I worked hard for with anyone for hours and risk anything happening to it. Now I do not know when I will be able to get back here to have it completed. Very unhappy right now.

I would give the place a zero if I could. The service was horrible. The store was difficult to navigate and extremely unorganized. What bugged me the most was that their glass section was not monitored, glass is sharp and the shelves were low enough for a child to get into. I’d rather spend more at Artco or Big M than here.

Awesome place if you want to remodel or add awesome interior design products in your home.
Things are always on sale and hey have an amazing selection on collectors items.

If you want to remodel or add to your home, this place is amazing. I’m in the middle of a remodel and they have so many décor options to choose from. They always have great sales and the if you go online, you can find coupons for up to 40% off an item.
The only compliant I have is that every time I’ve been there, the lines have been extremely long. One or two cash registers open with a line of 5 or more people. There doesn’t seem to be a line dedicated to customer service related to refunds or exchanges which ties up the line.

I love Hobby Lobby! The store is organized very well. They have a huge selection of home décor as well as craft supplies. Prices are always easy to find on items which is nice. They also mark their clearance as much as 90% off! ! So glad it’s only a few minutes from home!

Love this place… I could spend hours (and dollars) at this place. I wish there was a location a little closer to our house, but maybe that’s a good thing that there isn’t! This location is fairly new and very clean. The store layout is easy to navigate and when you’re on a mission, it makes it simple to find things. The employees were all very helpful, even though they were busy. I like that they sell home décor as well as crafts and things to make your own home décor. I’ll be back for sure!

This is my new favorite store. I am constantly trying to think of something to make someone just for an excuse to go to this store. Also, the prices are much better than most other craft stores.

I’m from Illinois originally and have missed Hobby Lobby for years. I am so excited this one is only a few miles from my work now!
First off, this place is huge! Do not go if you only have a few minutes because you can browse here forever! The selection is amazing. They have everything from holiday decorations to furniture. I love their selection because I love shabby chic stuff and this place is full of it! I went in to purchase just a few Christmas ornaments and left with $ 300 worth of stuff. Darn you Hobby Lobby! ;)
Anyway, the store is clean, the employees are friendly, and the sales there are awesome! Before you go definitely go online though because they always have a coupon for 40% off an item or sometimes even 50% off an item. I’m not a coupon clipper normally, but getting something half off is a deal.
My only suggestion is that you need to have patience to go here. The lines get really long and they do not scan the items… everything is typed in. So for example if you buy 10 ornaments that are all 50% off, the cashier has to enter each ornament by hand and the discount by hand. It can take a while. Overall the place is worth the wait. SOOOO much better than Joann Fabrics or Michael’s.

Used to be a Top Foods store, they closed and remodeled the place and it is now a Hobby Lobby, there is plenty of parking here– but does get busy in this shopping complex.
I like them as they offer anything and everything here and are very nice to deal with, the customer service a;ways is top tier and always a pleasure to shop here!

Hard for me to imagine a hobby store with a wider variety to choose from. The only thing this place lacks is the advance hobby stuff for those who are into specialty hobby items, aircraft and racing stuff. Home décor mainly feminine but a smudge of manly things too, holidays every craft that is in with the kids like the rubber band looms are here, you name they have it, or have what it takes for you to make it. Glad to have this available in the north end of tacoma right off the freeway Hwy 16 & Union
