if you love your child and want them to be cared for while you are away, don’t put your child here. My grandson went here for 2 and a ½ years, and during that time he was bitten about 5 times and had his nose bloodied twice as many times as that, and then there is the head wounds that he suffered here, which left a knot bigger than a golf ball on his head. When you question them about what happened and ask to see the video, they refuse citing privacy concerns that are not founded in law. When I asked the staff yesterday why he is assaulted so often, they said well, they have 10 kids per adult and they just can’t watch them that closely. I asked how come they let things escalate from squabbling over a toy to somebody having their face punched and being bloodied, they said, well, we just can’t be there always.
My daughter chose this place and so I had no say in the matter, but we had to finally remove our precious little boy after he was punched in the face again, and as a result, they warned our 3 yr old that it was his fault. This place is run by people that have no clue about infant children. It is not uncommon to pick up our grandson and have him have injuries.
So if you want your child that is perfectly well behaved to learn how to use physical force to get your way, this is the place. If you like having non-​english speaking people leave you incoherent messages explaining how your child was assaulted and they did nothing, again this is the place.
There are all kinds of places that you can use, picking this place is an admission that you don’t care about your own child. This place is understaffed with a totally unknowledgeable staff that has no clue about infant behaviours and how to correct them.
They also will not tell you that you have any problems with behavior until they decide they want to get rid of you then you get one warning and the next day they give you a final warning. So if you want to be faced with finding a new daycare the second they feel like it, don’t go here.
It willl not be at all surprising to me to see a child killed in this facility. My grandson suffered a head trauma of questionable origin that should have brought an ambulance and trip to hospital, and yet, they did nothing and just filled out an incident report.
I beg you to protect your children and don’t let your child be the one that dies due to complications from a severe head trauma that they do nothing about, nothing.
You have been warned. What will you do when you look in the mirror afer your child has been assaulted when you could have prevented it. This place should be shut down.

I have 3 children who have gone here and I must say I was very pleased with this facility the moment I first checked it out. Visually they have done a fantastic job at decorating and layout and maintaining a very clean environment. For a daycare that accepts DSHS, they definetly stand out. Other daycares that I toured that accept DSHS, were just… below average (visually, academically, staff etc.) But this daycare is great! The staff are all so down to earth, yet firm and direct if they need to be. They are all great communicators and don’t hesitate to answer my questions. Ms. Young is very helpful. If someone doesn’t have an answer for you, the center will be in contact with you quickly. Ive never had any issues here. I trust the staff and I can see that my children like it here (they attended another daycare shortly before this one and they always cried on the way to that other daycare) Im thankful for a daycare like the Childrens Adventure Learning Center.
Only con is that they do not accept school aged children during the school year for after school care :((But no other complaints thus far.
