Love their macarons and mini-cupcakes, and loved our wedding sweets! We had a selection of macarons and mini-cupcakes, and these guys were great. Professional, communicative, and pleasant to work with. I loved that the always sent follow-up emails after tastings/meetings to make sure we were all on the same page. Our sweets were beautiful, delicious, and beautifully presented. When we thought one flavor wasn’t quite right, they were more than happy to take our suggestions in stride and re-work their recipe so our wedding day sweets were exactly how we wanted them. Thanks ladies!

While they are best known for macarons, Sweet Praxis can also create beautiful custom cakes and dessert displays. I recently ordered cakes and macarons for a friend’s bridal shower and could not be happier with the result! Natalie & Jen were incredibly professional, taking my many special requests in stride and even sending sketches of the cake designs before finalizing. The delivery fee is probably the best money I’ve ever spent; they were meticulous in setting up the cakes and created a beautiful display that was almost too pretty to eat. But we did, and it was delicious!

This is a very difficult review for me to write. Partly because the first time I had macaron in Syracuse was in Café Kabul and I knew it was made by The Sweet Praxis. I love Macaron, I been to multiple macaron places in NYC. The first time I tried the macaron from this place, I was so happy that I found a place in Syracuse with macaron that I like. Then when I saw that they were taking orders for the special Valentine’s Day macaron I was so excited. I forward the order form to the boyfriend as a hint of what to get me for Valentine’s day. Then when I got the macaron I could not even wait a second to try it… However, It was a huge disappointment. I dont know if its because this batch of batter is just not the same or not as good. But we got a box of six and besides the two I ate, they are all still in the fridge now. Usually it takes me only two days to finish them. This batch doesnt taste like macaron, it doesnt have that chewy and soft center. the entire thing was just crunchy like a cookie. I did not enjoy it at all. Maybe I will be willing to give them a try again later on if given the chance to but as of now, they are very low on my macaron list.
