I absolutely love this place! I found them after Inadopted my dog Callie. She went to both their puppy class and basic obedience; I am currently trying to get her into basic obedience 2 when my schedule allows it. They have an amazingly friendly staff, everyone is so kind and helpful. She has also had a grooming there, even though she’s a short haired dog. They really worked with her because she’s extremely shy around new people, they were calm and really took care of her well. When my schedule picks up in the fall, I will be bringing her to daycare. I trust them with anything related to my dogs. They’re just wonderful!

Excellent grooming services! They were able to fit us in last minute and did an excellent job with our Australian Shepherd! He was so handsome and had a seasonal bandana! Will definitely be coming back!

I have been bringing my Tucker here for almost a year, I love being able to watch him with the other dogs and the cameras are one of the main reasons I chose this place. Sam is another reason. He truly has a way with animals. The place is clean, all the «sitters» are friendly and compassionate and I am so grateful this place exists. Tucker comes home happy, docile and exhausted.

My husband currently lives in Syracuse and I come to visit about once a month until I move up completely. We have two dogs and they stay with me. I decided one weekend to bring them with me and get them groomed while visiting. Let me just say that from my first phone call to picking them back up, the experience was great. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our dogs I could tell, were well cared for and they looked great! I’ll be a regular once I’m all moved up!

I’ve been taking my puppy here for about a month now, and she and I both love it. It’s very reasonably priced and as soon as we get in the door my pup takes off running to play with her friends! Pick up and drop off take less than a minute. :) Sara and Sam are awesome!
Oh and the you get to spy on your dog playing with their web cam! So cute!
