Don’t expect to be able to call ahead and reserve a bowling lane, no one will answer. When we arrived in person to reserve a lane we were told that we should have called ahead. We decided we would eat dinner there, no one was around to seat or serve us. When we walked out a manager asked what was going on and accused us of skipping out on our check… we were never even given the chance to order anything. When we told him we tried to call over a dozen times, he told us there was no way. We physically showed him our phones because apparently we had to prove ourselves. When he saw how many times we called he just walked away. Overall — terrible customer service, a completely insulting staff. Never got a chance to try the food and drink but not interested in the future. I will NEVER return and I will be sure anyone interested knows to steer clear unless they like being ignored and then accused of stealing.

Terrible. This place has never been great but the least they could do is be an acceptable place to get a drink or bowl. Unfortunately they are neither. Bad service, bad drinks, manager has been rude all night. Called yesterday and were told we wouldn’t need to reserve a lane in advance and ended up waiting an hour to bowl so we ventured to the bar. I ordered a whiskey sour that tasted more like an old sock than a drink. Totally not worth the cost, just save yourself the trouble and avoid the hype, this place is a disaster!!!

Revolutions is one of the WORST places I have been in my entire life. The customer service is complete rubbish. We sat at the bar for 20 minutes with no service. We called ahead to make a reservation and they told us not to because it would be more money but then we got there and had to wait an hour! Then they sent us to a lane and they didn’t turn it on for 20 more minutes because they said we «didn’t pay for it» even though they sent us there. I will not be back or recommend this place to anyone. It sucks a big ass hole

Received a coupon yesterday(via email) and they said it was discontinued today. 1 person working the whole bar who seemed very unhappy to be there. No waitress at our lane, never once took our order. Get to the lane and there are 8 or so half drank glasses yet to be cleaned. Out of order urinals in men’s bathroom. Paid for three games, place closed before we got them in, wouldn’t refund last game. Only miller light and coors on draught… Overall really disappointed with this place.

Pretty awful service, but average bowling lanes and food. My family and I were finally able to come here on a weekday night. Mind you this was the second attempt. The first time we tried their pizza dough was frozen so they couldn’t satisfy our groupon which included beer, pizza and bowling. It was pretty dead except for a few families with kids. As we were lead to our bowling lane, there were a bunch of teenagers just leaving. There are two alleys which share one table with a couch on either side. Once they left, we waited patiently for the waitress to come over and clean the dozen dirty plates littering the table. We began setting up for the first game. Five minutes later and the plates with half eaten wings still sat in front of us. Finally, my brother went to get the waitress. She comes over apologetic and takes our order slip while clearing the dishes. Fast forward. We’re in the midst of our first game and we can’t set anything on the table because it was never wiped. My brother went over to get the waitress again and after even more of a wait, my mom and I grabbed the cleaning solution sitting on another table and some napkins. I don’t think she even noticed when she came back with our food and beer that we had cleaned the entire table ourselves. Once again, the place was DEAD. We drank our beer and at the pizza, which was decent considering. It was very greasy, but it had a nice thick layer of cheese and decent flavor. It was nothing exceptional, but it was good. I was a little thrown off by a hair(definitely not mine) on my plate half way through my first slice. I went up and grabbed a new one. We enjoyed the rest of our bowling match in peace. Now let me explain the set up a little: the food is placed along the back wall on a counter with the napkins and plates. This makes sense since they wouldn’t fit on our table, especially if another party came(which one did). As we wrapped up our game, we stood up to go to the back table to grab the remaining pizza. Just as we headed in that direction we noticed our waitress go over to pizza pans, pick up the one with pizza, walk over to the trash and dump the remaining pizza out… all the while we’re trying to call at her over the loud ruckus of bowling. She obviously didn’t hear us. I was appalled that a waitress just threw out our food, a decent third of a pizza left, without giving us a glance or asking if we wanted to box it up. We were quite annoyed to say the least, but we aren’t the kind to make a scene. We definitely let her know though. She apologized halfheartedly and reluctantly offered to get us another pizza, but we just said no and left. She thought we wanted to wait another 30 minutes for a pizza when we were ready to leave? She gave us no other solace other than«she didn’t mean to»… Needless to say we didn’t give a very good tip. Overall, if you are to go here don’t expect good service. The place is way over priced and I would be surprised if they last. They had a $ 31 bottle of Relax Riesling which you can buy at liquor city for $ 8. While the bowling was fun and the food wasn’t bad, there isn’t anything that would bring me back here over a different bowling alley in town.

No hostess — just a sign with an arrow to the main bar to be seated. Finally after finding the main bar, there wasn’t anyone there. After wandering we finally were seated. The server was not confident on what was in items — and she was barely present during the meal. We were the only people there! Food was eh. Won’t be back!

Awful service. Dirty menus. Not much choice in food. Every time I pass by here it’s always empty. It’s cool if you want to go bowling in a mall, but who really wants to go bowling anyways?

A lot of great things about this place. First, if you didn’t know it was a bowling alley, you’d think it was a nice restaurant. Sports section has the best seats with giant projection TVs. With high back rests you’ll feel like your table is the only one there! The bar is really nice too. The bowling sections are nicely laid-out so that it isn’t just one huge bowling area. The lanes are off-set in groups so they are more cozy. The servers come right out to the lanes, so getting drinks and food while bowling is simple. On a lane there are a lot of comfy places to sit and eat, or relax while waiting your turn. Only thing that I can think of that is off-putting is the idea of putting my fingers in a dirty ball, then wanting to take a bite of my food. I suggest one thing at a time here. When you’re here you’ll definitely forget you’re on the 3rd floor of a mall.

Food — The menu is fairly small. Prior to execution, the fare is akin to TGIFridays and the like. The food is a 3⁄5. Execution wise, I have had the burgers and salads, and they are mediocre greasy items that are good when you are drunk and probably not too great when you are looking for something good. Last time, the food tasted like a grill that needs to be cleaned, old rancid burned grease has a distinct taste. Service — The past time we were waited on by a waitress that forgot our order multiple times, brought an incomplete order, and repeatedly could not get us one of our items for over an hour. After complaining to the manager, he did nothing about the issue at hand, which is an incomplete order. We switched waitresses and still couldn’t get what we ordered at the 90 minute mark. Service is as bad as it can get before the waitstaff starts assaulting people or vomiting on the serving tray. Really truly inexcusably bad service. Quality — The experience that includes games and bowling is also somewhat poor. The location has a wire conduit strip running across the floor that is approximately 2″ high. I have tripped over it at least once per visit. Somebody is going to die because of that thing. Several bowling balls had apparently been dropped on the fingerholes and had sharp cracked material that scratched the fingers of my kids. I counted 2 of them that I brought to the desk, and the staff«put them in the pile» of other damaged balls. Bathroom — My rule is if the bathroom of a restaurant is clean, so is the kitchen. If the bathroom is disgusting with chunks of vomit in the sink on a Sunday at 1PM(check), it is probably not safe to eat there. Overall this place seems like they are cutting corners all over the place, and not managing the staff in a way that maintains the experience that the chain wants to offer to its customers. The rent must be very high, and the downward trend seen in the quality of the experience doesn’t bode well. Too bad. I won’t go there anymore. I’d say steer clear and go to a regular bowling alley. They still exist and are a much, much better value.

If there was a zero star option, I woild be giving yhis place that rating! We were seated inmediately, which was jice, but THAT is where the good review ends! Our waitress came up to us about 10mins later and actually asked us «why are you sitting here?» We told her that we were seated here and she asked us where our menus were. When we said that we were not given any, she stormed away mumbling under her breath. She came back a few minutes later and she said that they ran out if menus. The place was not even close to being packed… half full at most! How do you run out of menus with only half the restaurant full? The waitress took out drink order…2 waters and 2 sodas…15mins later, we finally get them! The waitress takes our order and speeds away. 35mins later we get 1 of 2 appetizers that we ordered. The 2nd one came out a few minutes later. It took us about 10mins to finally be fed up with the microwaved pulled pork nachos and southwest egg rolls that were cold in the center(affirming my guess that they were frozen to start with. The appretizer plates sat on our table for 50mins… meanwhile, all our glasses were empty. The waitress did not stop once to ask us how the food was nor refill our drinks. She did all sge could to tey to avoid our table. In fact… the booth a few down from us, had drinks replaced on their table 3 times in the time we were being disgusted with our appetizers. After 2HOURS of sitting in that booth with empty glasses and nothing more than a disgusting appetizer, I finally got up and asked the hostess for the manager. I sent my wife and kids out and stayed to talk to yhe manager… who never showed up! I was fuming… so, ai got up and walked back to the hostess and said«Thanks for getting the manager!!» She responded, «Oh damn, Im sorry». REALLY!!! So I threw $ 20 at the hostess and said, «that will cover the s#!t we were served… no tip, because the service sucked!». My Recommendation: AVOIDTHISPLACE! It is horrendous when it comes to service and food quality! Save your time and money and skip past REVOLT-lutions.

We came in on a saturday night with 6 ppl. We didnt reserve a lane so we sat at the bar to pass the time. The waitresses forgot about the back of the bar. There were 2 good looking guys who must have been tipping well because all the bartenders were down that way. We ordered food. I got 2 out of the 3 items i ordered. Had to ask for my quesadilla bc they forgot it. My food was good. Everyone had spotty service and food quality. Lots of things arrived cold. The random lady next me refused her food and sent it back. Not sure why. When we were actually on the lanes after 2 hours of waiting it became really fun. Lanes were nice and the server at the lanes was good. However he went missing for about 30 min to bring us our check at the end and we had to go to the front desk tofigure out what was goin on.

Decided to go bowling with the family. Showed up at one, and was told to wait one and a half hours and they would call. Fast forward two and a half hours later and we have had to remind them several time that we’ve had to wait nearly double the time and with no sign of delivery yet. The staff is rude and unapologetic, placing the blame on anyone they can for poor crowd control practices. No comment on the food could make up for the poor experience we’ve been dealt. A day wasted when we could have gone somewhere else and supported a small business owner instead. Steer clear of revolutions at destiny if you want a quality experience.

Overcrowded and understaffed both times I’ve been there. Messed up our charges several times. My friend posted a negative review to FaceBook which got taken down swiftly so heed this warning! I wouldn’t go back but the problem is I keep getting gift cards to this dang place.

The food is great. The service is some of the slowest and most unfriendly. This is after trying there 3 times. It is too bad cause the food has always been really good. Just dinner shouldn’t take 2+ hours.

Great place to bowl, eat, watch games, and hang out in the arcade! There are 2 great huge bars for the adults with many tvs along with a large arcade and many bowling alleys. It also include a large selection of booths and tables to sit at. I highly recommend coming here for all sorts of occasions. Is also a fairly busy and packed alley/restraunt/bar.

Great burgers, lots of visible TVs, and a decent beer selection. Wish it could be a little more kid friendly. Service is okay but the place seems mismanaged(been here three time and staff always seems confused).

Went to Revolutions for the first time yesterday with my family. We had a great time. Great atmosphere, big space, and the bowling was very fun. Food was a little pricey but decent. Had a very attentive waitress(Lisa) who was awesome. We will be back and I highly recommend this place!

Food was meh. Sort of what you would get at Applebee’s, nothing special. Had the brie /apple flatbread and it was not very good. Husband got the burger and said it was decent. The bowling area is nice though. Bowling itself is fun, but my biggest complaint about bowling alleys is that they are gross, smell like stale cigarettes, and have all the ambience of an Elks Lodge. Not Revolutions though. The bowling area has lounge like seating with drink and wait staff coming over to see if you need anything. Really nice staff. Music videos and games playing on big screens and they have a good beer selection and of course a full bar. Everything was very clean and a much more stylish than your standard bowling alley. Good place for older kids before 9pm. Food: 2⁄5. Bowling: 4⁄5.

This place presents a lot of options to have a fun evening. There are several bars with long lists of cocktails, beers on tap(even their own brew made exclusively for them locally by Middle Ages) and wine and high end champagne. Each bar has its own feel: sports bars/night club, There’s bowling, which you can combine with drinking and dinning and even dancing. There’s video games and other arcade type games. There’s an area that looks like it is a Vegas sports betting area: huge tvs playing games and drinking and food. Like the rest of the place, food runs the spectrum, from wings and nachos to filet and salmon.
