we came into the store to shop for a new bed. No pushy sales men/​woman and very helpful. We left and did our research only to return to buy the Serta Caliber super pillow top. the financing process was easy and we found the same bed offered by Sears $ 200 cheaper on
. They gladly met the Sears price.
Now with the frustration. We are all excited to get our new bed, but it would take 2 – 3 weeks for them to get the bed. We purposely didn’t go buy a sheet set for the bed because part of the current deals they were offering at the time was that the bed came with deep pocket sheet sets your chose of white or beige. We don’t like white and opted for the beige. Upon the beds delivery on Jan 2^nd, the Delivery team told us the sheets were on back order and they would be mailed to us in a few days. So we had bed all set up and couldn’t wait to sleep it in it, as we waited for ge sheets to arrive. 1 week goes by and no sheets, 2 weeks same thing, finally we decided to go to marshals and buy a set costing $ 80. I call their customer service dept who states that they are still back ordered, but they had white in stock. We don’t want white, if we did we would have taken them the day we bought the bed!!! They say to call back a few weeks. It is now February 9^th, just got off the phone with them who stated that the beige sheets are discontinued. I asked them why we were not notified of this and when did they plan on letting us know. It would seem to me that good customer service should have called us to tell us this, and not leave us in limbo. So now the option is to take the white sheets or get nothing. Well. Thanks for the white sheets that we won’t use!!! Thanks for doing nothing for us to make up for this gimmick. We will not ever shop there again, buyer beware if they try to offer you extra perks with your purchase and you don’t get it up front.

BUYER BEWARE! This is by far the worst furniture store in CNY. I ordered a leather sectional from Dunk & Bright, waited the 6 weeks and they attempted to deliver it today. The delivery guys dropped one piece on my driveway and in turn broke the leg off the bottom and who knew what damage inside as the bottom is covered in fabric. I was told they would order a new leg. I refused delivery and sent it back. I had to call them back 7 hours later to see what was going to be done. Again I was told they would order a new leg. I insisted I wanted a new sofa. After the customer service manager spoke to Bill the head buyer she informed me I had to take the furniture after repair or cancel the order. Forget about the fact that I removed all my old furniture from my family room and the inconvenience i now face with no furniture. I canceled the order and demanded a refund of the deposit. I will be visiting Raymour & Flanagan tonight and taking advantage of their 3 day delivery!

This place is awful. I used a groupon to buy an end table at the store but wasn’t able to take it home with me (groupon means no delivery) since I was in Syracuse to pick up a bunch of people from the airport and had no room in my car. I don’t live in Syracuse so the store said they’d hold my table till I went back again.
I get a call a few weeks later saying they sold my table but they could order me a new one. Ok fine. I go to Syracuse when the table is in and after a full day, call to say I’m coming to pick it up and they tell me the table is in the store. I arrive to find out that it is not in the store but in the warehouse which is in the opposite direction of my house. They offer to deliver the table to me in a couple of weeks. Guess what, I never heard from them! It’s been over a month and I’m waiting to get my money back
They have a good selection, but expensive prices and clearly are unable to keep track of furniture.

I bought a bed from D&B and I was told by one of their salespersons that he had a bed exactly like the one I picked out already in route to their factory.
Well after two weeks I haven’t heard back from the store. I called them to get an update. Turns out that my order was never submitted and no such bed was ever ordered.
I was very disappointed. They then told me that my order had been submitted.
Two weeks later I check up again. This time I’m told that the bed will not be delivered on the date they gave me. In fact they told me that it usually takes up to 3 months for an order!!!
Please don’t be fooled by these guys. The prices are steep. They have a huge store, insidious salesman, and a crappy customer service.
To prove I’m not an anomaly. A friend also ordered furniture from them. He ordered before me and still has not received his order.
Take your business elsewhere unless you want to be living in an empty house for 1 – 3 months.

Okay, so I never thought I’d be compelled to review a furniture store but this place is amazing and people need to know!
My husband and I made the trip up to Syracuse from Ithaca because I’ve had my eye on a specific dresser and these guys happen to carry the brand… they also deliver to Ithaca which was the first plus!
As soon as we walked in, we noticed all the salespeople were dressed in green. Apparently they had some kind of St. Patty’s Day sale going on. How lucky for us! One of them approached us to give us the lay of the land… the place is enormous! She then asked if we wanted an Irish Coffee! Um, YES!!!
So there we were with REAL Irish Coffees made with actual whiskey and topped with whipped cream wandering around this huge furniture store, jumping in and out of recliners, gliding on swanky outdoor furniture, opening and closing drawers, etc, etc. Basically the most fun either of us have had in a furniture store since we were kids.
When all was said and done, we had spent over two hours in the place, bought the dresser we wanted, got free delivery to Ithaca, and walked out with a complimentary bottle of Glenora Riesling! The whole experience was awesome. Seriously, what business does that kind of stuff these days?!
It might seem ridiculous but I’m totally sold on Dunk & Bright!
