Fast. That is the first thing I want when I go to pick up food at an express counter. This place was definitely that. Me and my friends probably waited 7 min to get our to-​go dishes. The food was delish and warm. Only thing I would change is that there is really no where to sit or even stand when you are waiting. I felt I was in the way of the servers and when I moved to the side to accommodate them, I know my butt was too close for comfort at some other diner’s table.

Consistent. Good food. Eat it at home but I like the experience going there. Recommend the wings, fried green tomatoes, greens, and the steaks.

The food is a bit overrated… especially if you’ve had REAL BBQ from Carolina, Memphis, or TX (even Kansas). For the area of the country, Syracuse, its pretty good, but the mystique and culture and reputation of the place far exceeds the actual quality of the food. Fun place. sides are good. BBQ is just Ok though. Sorry local Syracusans.

the express is awesome. call or place your order online (if online, the order gets faxed). then go there in 30 minutes and pick up your food. so simple. so very tasty.

The place to go when you’re at Syracuse. It’s better to just order the food to go and crash at a friend’s place… you’ll get your food faster and won’t have to wait ridiculously long to get seated.

Best barbeque ever. Awesome sides, awesome beer selection, awesome waitstaff, the works. Their sampler platter is a task in and of itself to finish, but I accepted the challenge and did pretty well. Great cornbread, too.
