Babies R Us

I signed up for a baby class and the class was not cancel but no body showed up. The instructor didn’t even bother to call me back to tell me what happened. Lucky the baby registry front desk was there to assist me. How can they do this to a pregnant women. I’m happy with baby r rus customer services but not sure about the classes. Be careful if you sign up online with baby classes with them. Pretty disappointed.

From the perspective of this baby shower attendee, Babies R Us makes it easy to shower baby-​mamas/​daddies with gifts.
Before my girlfriend and I arrived, we reviewed our friends’ registry on the Babies R Us mobile website. It took just a couple of a clicks to find it. The clear product descriptions made it easy to find what we were looking for when we were in the store.
The store itself was clean, with clearly marked sections and aisles. It was nice to have an associate ask if we needed help. Since we waited until the last minute to shop, the gift wrapping materials on-​site were a bonus.
I think the experience could be improved by a softer, more personable interior. I mean, I’m not a baby-​daddy (yet) but, the big box style feels a little sterile for housing heartwarming baby paraphernalia.

Been here a few times for to register for our baby. Tanya is the BEST! Very clear and super duper nice.
The location of the store is kinda odd since it feels like an ‘off’ part of town. Parking is always great and the store is very clean and nice.
The baby registry is great, LOTS of great deals for registering with them, and they price match a lot of other stores. Selection is great and prices don’t seem too bad either. I feel like this is the only place to go for baby stuff!

Another nice visit but it was FREEZING inside the store. When asked to turn up the heat several of the staff said that it was «set» by Corporate !
Apparently the Office has a small heater for the comfort of the management.
Lots of cracks in the walls, they look quite bad, maybe heat is escaping that way. Hope there is no structural deterioration. The staff cannot wear sweaters as they are not «Code» (Dress Code). PLEASE TURN UP THE HEAT. IT’S WINTER HERE IN SYRACUSE.

We came here to setup our baby registry and were not disappointed. Loved the fact that they provide première parking for expectant mothers.
