In a time where customer «service» seems to be fading, Ashley Furniture in Syracuse went above and beyond to help a customer! Connor greeted me at the door and provided attentive but not pressuring service. He listened to my needs and made sure that he did everything within his power find the right piece of furniture, at the right price, in the right time frame. It was no small feat! His manager was also extremely helpful and accommodating, under rather unusual circumstances. I can’t express my gratitude enough for their patience, understanding and help. They deserve your business and they have earned mine!
