Garbage store with a horrid accident prone parking lot. Stale overpriced product and 0 customer support. What a joke. Wanna make America great again? Raise standards on facilities like this one. That would be good start.

I purchased(an advance order) 5lbs of mashed potatoes &5 pounds of stuffing(deli-order) for thanksgiving. The people who took my order were nice The food was ready to be picked up exactly as they promised. But… They both tasted lousy! Yuck! Potatoes tasted like powdered Stuffing was too salty I plan to get my side dishes for thanksgiving somewhere else in 2016

I don’t normally shop at King Kullen because their prices are too high and, as residents of the area know, there is a Stop & Shop, a Shop Rite and John’s Farms with short driving distance and they all have lower prices. Plus King Kullen only seems to be able hire 2 cashiers, so there is always a line to check out. But King Kullen stocks a couple of things I like that the other places don’t have, so I’m forced to go there or do without. I was there the other day picking up a few things and some beer. When I got to the register, the surly female cashier tells me she has to see my driver license. I asked what for and she said, the beer. Now I’m 65 years old and while I may or may not look my age, I’m sure I look over 21! I said«You’re kidding, I don’t look over 21 to you?» She churlishly responded«It’s the law and if you don’t like it, talk to the manager.» I don’t know what it is about King Kullen that attracts nasty cashiers but the one in Glen Cove is just as bad. If it wasn’t for those few things I really like that no one else has, I’d be happy to never visit this rip off chain and their ill-tempered cashiers again.

When you want a quick in and out… about 45 minutes, my King Kullen on Jericho tpk in Syosset is the place to go. We are surrounded by perhaps cheaper markets in the area, they are so large that you need to spend an exhorbitant amount of time to shop for the essentials and since time is money it levels the playing field. The store is clean and the manager is always on the floor to ask questions or make comments. The deli department is limited compared to say shoprite, but as I said, the essentials are there in short order.

so i was in this supermarket today, and never have i been so ashamed to walk into this king kullen. Now just to be clear management and most employees are wonderful to deal with except for the customer service employee, who was just an absolute nightmare. I had one item and asked if i could be taken in the front because i had to go quickly. She refused to take my order and i am pissed about this atrocity because it was one item and she wasnt even doing anything. Only gets two stars because this overpriced supermarket has decent management. This was customer service and i had one item and she was not doing anything either.

This review is for the flower department only. They have the best selection of beautiful roses for very reasonable prices. Two dozen for 14.99 and gorgeous

Generally do not shop at King Kullen but it is the closest supermarket to my house and i needed a few minor things. I find in general King Kullen is a little more expensive then Shop Rite or Shop and Stop, Which are also near by.

I’ve been a KK customer since they were located in the middle of town but the prices are insane most of the time. I’ll only go in here for a few(necessary) items.
