OMG… this is the most unethical, unprofessional company I’ve ever had to work with. They totally take advantage of the disabled… over charge and under-deliver…They charge a fortune to pick up your scooter, then you pay an upfront fee for them to diagnose the problem, then you pay an exorbitant amount of $$$ to have it fixed. They promised to deliver the scooter on five different occasions and never even called to tell me they weren’t coming. They make you pay for all their services up front before they re-​deliver your scooter. You cannot inspect their work before paying for their services. They get you coming and going.
