I called Ramirez Bros at 8:00 am on a weekday(this last Tuesday) and Juan answered! Prior to that, I had made a few calls from the Googled list of HVAC techs, looking for someone to speak to and to get them to go see about my tenants’ air conditioner not working, but all I got was answering machines. Once I gave Juan the description of the problem, he committed to go out the same day to the property in Sylmar, giving me a 4-hour time window.(He charges a $ 55 assessment charge, applicable towards repair, which I found fair, considering some techs/repair pros charge $ 75 and up, if they can come out to your place the same day at all.) Conclusion, simple: he came out, assessed problem with compressor, charged me $ 300 to replace and problem is gone. Being as I live in San Diego, he was able to charge my credit card for the work which was hella convenient for me. Worth every every penny! Thank you for saving the day for me and my tenants, Juan!
